Review: I purchased a ring in June of 2013 for the amount of $1,200, and in August 2013 the ring broke, at the bottom, I took a back and tried to explain to the manager that I was not satisfied with the product, and he was extremely rude, and unprofessional at first he tried to make it seem like it was our fault and he was not going to do anything about it but then he agreed to fix the ring since he wouldn't do a refund or try to exchange for a different one of the same price, so we agreed to fix it the first time and he assured me that I would not have any issues what so ever, couple of weeks later they returned the ring back to me, it was fixed, today May 5th 2014 the ring broke again, at the same spot, went back to the jewelry store and he refused to refund me any money, as well as he refused to exchange the defective product, I tried talking to the manager (same guy as before) and try to reason with him but the only option he is giving me is to either have a broken $1,200 dollar ring or fix it, of course I asked to fix it rather than keep it broken but is not the resolution I wanted, it was the resolution I was forced into.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund because the structure of the ring has been weaken and is not a reliable product as it was promised, they can keep the ring, I just want a full refund and I will never deal with them again.
