after 2 years of not pampering myself I decided I would go to La Belle Nails in *** to get full set, a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Was not pleased with any service and decided not to tip, she was rude and didn't give me shape I wanted or anything. *** also made my nails bleed and this business has also gave previous clients that I know Feet fungus and nail fungus. The total came out to be 105$ I paid with debit card and left the tip portion blank and wrote my total out to 105$ because I wasn't satisfied. She proceeded to help herself to my card and tip herself 10.00 after I left the establishment. This is not professional. I went to get the 10$ back and the owner *** was downright rude, no apology no remorse and I didn't see the young lady that stole money from my card. I want this business investigated, they are truly theifs and not respectful one bit, scares me to see how many other people they have taken advantage of.
Product_Or_Service: Full set, pedicure and eyebrows
Refund I need a full refund of my 105$ plus whatever she stole. And a apology
Dear. Revdex.com
My name is ***. Thank you for listening to my side of the story and let me have a chance to explain. On Sunday August 2, in the afternoon I received a complain phone call from Mrs. about a charged that was made on Thursday the July 30 around 4:57, the total is 105 and 10 for the tip. She was threatening me that she will sue, call the cop, and also told the media such as ***. I did not know what happened but I apologized so many times to her and told her to let me check the recorded and check the bank on Monday. Yes, indeed she was correct. An extra 10 dollars was somehow in the merchant machine. The same Sunday, I immediately call the worker to ask her was going on. She explain to me that it could be her unintended mistake because there is one other worker who do eyebrow for Mrs. that cost 10 dollars and just unintended mistake. So the next morning is Monday July 3, I immediately called the bank and let they know the situation, and told them to help me with the refund of 10 dollars back to Mrs. account. Through out a day, I was waiting for her to come to the shop so that my worker and I will have a chance to apologized in front of her. Mrs. was not show up until Wednesday August 5 around noon time. When she came, she demanded a full refund of 105 and also 10 dollars. First, I apologized to her that the coworker was off today. I knew she was angry and raised her voice a bit but that did not concern to me; however, there was a quite number of customers in the salon that staring at her and they could be my witness. I sincerely refused to give her a full refund and give a copy recipe of the refund of 10 dollars. I calmly explained to her that if she did not like the service at the time, she can let someone or me know and I am gladly redo it for her. The police did come that later afternoon and called me outside to ask what happens and I was gladly explain to him my situation. I told him that it was not ever happened to the shop before, and the worker did not want it to happens either. It just a big mistake. I did not understand why she said I was downright rude, no apology, no remorse. I lost count of how many times I apologized to her and I had so many customers for my witness for my professional way of handling the situation . The worker was not new to the salon, she was with the previous owner too and she had a good numbers of client tell. Thank you once again to take time listening to my end of story.
