Lake City Waste's policy to· all our customers, is to have the trash by the side of the road for pick up.· 'Asdo most all trash removal companiesOn numerous .occasions, she did not abide by our policy: Therehave been multiple occasions where her trash was left by her garageWhen she called I personally went to her home to pick up the trash myselfEven after she told me her trash was by the side of the road waiting, when I arrived the trash was not by the roadMy driver had no problem walking down her drive way to get her trash which we have done for her many timesThis most recent time her trash was nowhere to be foundWhen she called to say her trash had not been picked up, I personally drove to he·rhome myself to find the same as my driver there was no can by the road or by her garageShe did call again the next day stating I was to get to her home today to get her trash or mail her a refund, that she would call the Revdex.com if I didn't call her backI called her left her a message saying I would mail her are fund for the month of November and one week in OctoberWhen I did speak with her she was not satisfled with that even though· I had agreed with her that I would do what she had askedI explained to her that I was out of the office with my sick child at the hospitalTherefore, I was unable to return her call asapShe felt I still needed to make things right with herI explained she said she either wanted me to run to her home asap OR mail her a refundI chose to mail her a refundI am not sure why she needed anything further from me when I had clearly told her I would mail her money back to herWhy Is there a complaint when I clearly have no problem mailing her a refund? After speaking with her she did however put her trash out the next Thursday which we did nicely pick up five bags of trash from her residence on October 27th, Which means she received two pickups in the month of October which she had paid forI will mail her a refund in the amount of $for the month of November, which isthe only month she has paid in advance for even though her complaint form states months in plural.She did receive service in October two pickups is all she had paid for and she did get both pickupsOnewas a week late because the trash was not out and available for pick upI cannot continue to go backout to her home twice a week every time her trash is not by the road, this is not feasible for any businessAmy [redacted] Owner

As per previous responses with this personRevdex.com had closed this file with the payment refunded of$which was sent to her, and she has already cashed this checkI never agreed to $refundas she only paid $in advanceI also never stated that I had already mailed the check out to her, asI waited to mail such refund until I heard from Revdex.comOnce Revdex.com had closed this claim I did mail the refundof $No phone calls from this person have been receivedThis last claim does not match herprevious claimsI have mailed the refund for $I would really appreciate someone stopping all thisnonsense if you would like a copy of the cashed check I will happily send proof.Amy ***Owner

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response from this business is inaccurate. Each time my trash was not picked up over the course of several months on several occasions, I called the business immediately to inform them that it had been left behind. I didn't receive a call back for several days each time. On the last occasions, it was over a week before someone did call me back. On the second occasions, someone did come to pick up my trash however I did in fact have it by the road each time where my garbage sat until someone was able to pick up on the following pick up date. On the last occasion due to the lack of communication I did contact the Revdex.com as I felt my service which I did pay for was not being fulfilled by lake city waste. I let them know that my garbage pick up contract was being cancelled when speaking with the woman finally for the last time and requested a refund for half of October and November which I had paid in advance for.  I set up new garbage service and they had scheduled my first pick up for the following week. I didn't request lske city waste to continue to pick up my garbage. However despite my cancellation they still picked up the following week after I had cancelled their service. My new company was supposed to pick up not them. I have continued to call with no return call asking when my refund would be coming for half of October and the full month of November for a total of $30. I have still not received a refund in the mail as of today and have not received a call back. I am not going to withdraw this complaint until I am paid.  Regards,[redacted]

On October 25,2016, I cancelled my garbage service and filed a complaint against lake city for failing to pick up my garbage in accordance with our agreement. After numerous attempts to reach the business, I decided to cancel the service as I felt the attitude and service was poor. Despite me canceling on that date, the company alleged they picked up my garbage after I had cancelled which I didn't authorize or ask them to do. I had paid in advance for October and November. When speaking with the woman on October 25, we agreed the refund would be half of October and all of November for a total of $30. She however responded to my complaint through Revdex.com and stated she had mailed a check but since they had picked up again in October she would reimburse me for November. As mentioned I paid in advance for my garbage and feel I should be paid $30. The woman responding to the Revdex.com complaint in mid November claimed a check had been mailed. I have attempted to call twice and have left messages. I still have not received any payment from them that I am owed. It had been 41 days as of today since I canceled my service. I want my money.
