We rented a property from Mr. J A last year. The term of our lease was7 months. But in person On phone conversation, he agreed that if we leave earlier that it was okay. We give him more that 45 days notice. He didn’t show any disagreements not in person or in writing. After we left the property, he sent us our security deposit check. After a couple of days he changed his mind and put a stop in his check. Not only he changed his mind, but he charged us the stopped fee of $30. We kindly ask that he refund us the original amount and not charge us any stop payment that was initiated by him. His action cost us a bounce fee of $30 from our bank.
We kindly request our full refund of the security deposit of $2650.

He sent us a check for $2021.44
We are requesting Mr. Jay A to pay us the reminder of $628.57 please.

His action is unfair. He can not send a check and then change his mind. Please help us resolve.

We put our full trust in Revdex.com, and hope that they will honor us fairly as we have not done anything wrong. But we are cheated.
