To Whom it may Concern; Landvoice would like to express its appreciation for the response given by Ms [redacted] We have read over her response and have reviewed her account to find that she did indeed cancel her account on 2/2/2017, and was sent an email that day to confirm cancellationAs Ms [redacted] indicated she was not offered a refund, we did email a refund denial to her on, 2/8/We also found that her last bill date was 1/26/Ms [redacted] spoke of not being refunded for her purchase and then disputing the charges with her bank, and we (Landvoice) disputed back, this indeed was trueHowever, in our Terms and Conditions, it clearly states that services rendered but not used will not be refundedAlso, customer signed an online service agreement, referred to as a DocusignIt states the same thing as the Landvoice Terms and Conditions, that unless contacted in advance, before bill date, no refund will be offered for services rendered and not usedBecause, Landvoice provided services and there were no notes on her account discussing cancellation, Landvoice did not refund the customer, per our Terms and ConditionsThe customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions upon signing up for services and a copy of the terms were available to her on our website, and on her Online PortalThank YouLandvoice Data LLC [email protected]

problems: 1) My annual subscription was terminated at months instead of months and I want a refund for the time that I paidThe time period was for late February of through the next yearI also was told I would receive rider signs from Landvoice, included in my service, that I ended up having to pay for which cost me an extra $which I would also like a reimbursement for since it was to be an incentive upon purchase that I paid for in full in advance 2) I, then, renewed my annual service with Landvoice in November for the following late February renewalMy prepaid service was set to renew at the end of February as stated above, yet, was cancelled the beginning of January and I was told my account was past dueI called and clarified and they agreed that a mistake had been made and that my account had erroneously been disconnected early and that it was paid for in fullSince then I have tried to clear up their constant confusion with my account that

I signed up for this service with acknowledgement from the sales representative that the service could be cancelled at any time and pro rated with a refund Within days of paying $for the service, I notified the sales representative via email, that I wished to cancel the service That email was not responded to, so I placed a call to the billing department expressing my wish to cancel the service after another days of no response regarding my wish to cancel, I received an email from the support team to help me with issues with the service I replied, that I did not need support, I simply wished to cancel After numerous attempts to reach someone to cancel the service, I received an email from the sales representative that someone with the billing department would contact me Which, of course never happened After days of trying to cancel the service via email and phone, I filed a report with my credit card company my credit card company refunded my initial charg

Landvoice salesmen came to our office to make a presentation of their products for leads. I purchased the product and was told I would receive a phone call the following week to get started. Nothing ever came of it. Here we are more than a month later, multiple phone calls, wasted time on hold with their customer service. I asked for a refund to my credit card which they say takes 5-10 days. It has been 13 days and no refund. I called again and was put on hold and they said this time they initiated it TODAY! Unbelievable. I am reviewing this company because this is a fraudulent practice. RUN!

From the start I told the salesman Phillip S [redacted] I just wanted to try it out for the months and didn’t want any longer and if I did like it I would renewThey tried to get me to sign an authorization document so they can charge me for another months and I never signed itWhen the months ended I was billed $for another monthsWhen I called to get my refund they said they could not get approval for a refund and basically wanted to keep my moneyThis company only cares about the money not the customers wants or satisfaction if they did care about their customers they would simply give me a refund for something I didn’t want or authorizeThat simply

---------- Forwarded message ----------From: Shawn C*** Date: Mon, Sep 26, at 11:AMSubject: [redacted] - [redacted] To: "[email protected]" Customer’s Statement of the Problem:We recently had our home on the market and took it off the market approximately months agoThe last few days we have been absolutely INUNDATED with calls from realtors on our federally registered DO NOT CALL phonesPhone calls will go to me, if no answer, will go immediately to my husband, if no answer, TO OUR YEAR OLD SON AND THEN MY YEAR OLD MOTHER! All phones are DO NOT CALL registeredWe finally found out that this company does data mining for real estate agents and supplies contact information on listings that did not sellWe have phoned the business and had them mark all phone numbers as DO NOT CALL on their listingThis company should be required to check the do not call registry before providing phone numbers to anyoneAs an example of the volume of calls, I have had calls in the past days - this is my phone onlyThis was a wonderful touch on our anniversary get-away this weekendI cannot make this stop as the phone numbers are already out thereI will be filing a complaint on the DO NOT CALL registry as wellHey ***,It appears this complaint was sent to the email of our previous sales floor manager who is no longer with us, I would like to apologize for the delayed responseI would like to inform you that we do cross reference each number against the nation Do Not Call registry and if the number is on the Do Not Call Registry then we place a notification next to the number that looks like this (Do Not Call) If the agent calls at that point then they are legally responsible. We occasionally get phone calls requesting to have a number removed from our system at which point we place the number on our internal black list which some reps refer to as our internal Do Not Call list, so I definitely understand the confusionBy placing the number in this list our system removes the number from any lead in our system and ensures the number is not re-added to the system on a new lead.I apologize for the frustration this issue has causedIf there is anything else I can do to help please feel free to contact me directly Shawn C***LANDvoice, Manager,Technical Support.(888) 678-ext114sc***@landvoice.com

I signed up for their service and paid my years subscription in advanceAfter the year they charged me again, when I told them I didn't want it they refused to cancel for the fee stated on their websiteThey even admitted that they over charged me as well and agreed to refund the over charge but that didn't happen eitherTheir service is bunkIt's nothing but a bunch of phone number that are on the do not call listVery disappointed and dissatisfiedI'd give them a negative star if it were possible

Last year, I signed up with this company for one-year only I TOLD the lady I didn't want to go longer than a year, and she said the contract was only for one year, no problem So, I verbally expressed this with her However, I noticed a $1,charge on my credit card for a renewal on 3-14- I just noticed it today since I was on vacation I contacted them immediately and said I had no intention of auto-renewing, could they refund me I even said I would be fine to pay the prorated month of March since I just caught the mistake Phil S*** (the manager) said it was no mistake, and that it said "auto-renewal" in the contract I signed Apparently, the only way it can be cancelled is verbally (not via email) I told him when I signed up I told the representative it was only for one-year and my contract was only for a year They have A LOT of people who pay month to month, so they should not charge me for an additional whole year I even got an email, in writing, from the co

Landvoice billed my charge card in the amount of $without verbal or written permissionI have no contract with themAdditionally, this unauthorized charge precluded me from the refinancing of my home Absolutely no resolution when I called

I signed up for this lead service a year ago based on a free trial period I logged into their program to set up my profile, but never received any notifications of any leads Shortly thereafter I was charged $and did not notice the charge on my credit card Today I received an email invoice stating that my credit card was being charged $again I called immediately to cancel the service and have the charge removed I was informed that I had to cancel days prior to the renewal date which is now expired I told them I didn't even remember signing up for their service and I certainly didn't benefit from their service in any way They told me the daily email notification on my profile was turned off for this whole past year and that's why I hadn't received any leads They also said they emailed me a reminder of the cancelation rules, but I did not receive any such email
By their own admission, they acknowledged I only logged into their site once in the last year T

Purchased the year subscription months ago and have barely used Called to request cancellation and get a refund for the unused portion of the subscription Customer service rep laughed and told me no, and that I have used the "free" months included with my subscription I do not want them to be free and am willing to pay for the months I have used

We signed up for Landvoice data in multiple markets around the countryUpon a call to the office to add an additional market we were told we could add another city but they needed to change our pricing across all of the cities we already had service forThis chance would have increased our bill times over markets plus the new market we wanted to addWe had paid in advance for the current services and told them if they weren't going to honor our pricing that we would just cancel our service and move to a different provider We were promised a refund for the prorated amount of the service we had prepaid for unfortunately that never happenedIn fact Landvoice took it upon themselves to continue charging our accountTo make matters worse they decided to turn off the service we prepaid for so we were being charged without receiving the service
