your recent complaint filed through the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) regarding a $150.00 promotional offer for opening a new checking account.
I understand your frustration, and apologize for the inconvenience you described in your compliant. Providing you with an excellent Huntington experience is our goal, and we are disappointed when we fall short.  Please know that your comments regarding the service provided have been heard and forwarded to the appropriate level of management so that improvements can be made.
Your checking account was opened on February 18, 2014, during the February Checking Sale. There was a promotional offer being offered during this timeframe for $150.00 if the one of the following requirements were met:
·         Set up an automatic direct deposit of at least $50 within 60 days of the account opening OR
·         Make 10 or more Debit Card purchases within 60 days of account opening
Our records indicate that there was no promotional offer entered onto this account at the time the account was opened. This letter is to confirm that the [redacted] branch submitted a promotional offer exception form. Since the requirements were met within the 60 day timeframe; the $150.00 promotional offer was deposited into your checking account ending in #### on September 10, 2014.

On September 12, 2014, we have refunded overdraft fees in the amount of $131.00 and extended overdraft fees in the amount of $25.00 to the account ending in #### and we refunded $245.00 in overdraft fees and $100.00 in extended overdraft fees on the account ending in ### as a courtesy.  
We have confirmed that your text alerts are currently active. Also, Huntington offers e-mail alerts that can give you more immediate information about your accounts, including balances. If you’re interested in e-mail, you can sign up for these on Huntington.com or through our Phone Bank at ###-###-####.
Please be aware, the key to avoiding this type of fee is to maintain an accurate check register.  While we provide tools that can assist you, it is the responsibility of our customers to know the balance in their account.

Review: 1/*/15 I signed a contact to have a generator installed by a contractor that [redacted] referred. To date only the concrete pad has been installed and that was about 6 weeks ago. Over the pass 6 months I heard nothing but excuses as to way I don't yet have the generator. When I call [redacted] they say he is a private contractor that they are encouraging and working with to complete the job. They offered a different contractor but can not make Laurelton Electric refund my $3000,00 deposit.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order. 2 weeks from date of first contact by you office.
