Review: there is a previous complaint file by me on this firm, please attach and review to this complaint, the above law firm did not pay careful attention to my case since my case started two years ago.,which is a divorce case in [redacted] should not take more than two years, and at the end of two year the case is not filed in the [redacted] county courts due negligence on the part of the above law firm forgetting to pay a filing fee of $70.00,does not fallow -up with process server or client causing client to call numerous times between the hours of 8 am-5pm over a 3weeks and then 4weeks period, law office failed to communicate properly failed to update client of the status of case, failing to complete case as contracted and paidDesired Settlement: due to the breakdown in communication and relstionship and case being incomplete I am requesting a refund of my payments.

Review: the above law firm did not pay carful attention to my case which is a immigration case that was started two years ago, six months into the case I was told that my case would have to take a different course because there was something in the system that was the only update that was given, several calls was made that was not answered or returned over a four weeks period during business hours, there is no lawyer and client communictions just promises without results from secretary and administrators not even paralegal, then and aggressive attempt was made by constantantly calling during business hour which did not work because no one answered then I text miss pinnock with my concerned and lact of attention to my case miss text me back saying to cease and desist from anymore communication anything else will be view as hasrassment be guided accordingly. you do not tell your client this obviously miss pinnock do not want to work on my case anymore.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of my payments due to incomplete work and rude and unethically remarks by joan o.pinnock.
