Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have emails with proof of contact and phone records from this dealership? They have not asked for any receipts or inspection from the dealership in TN., Smith Brothers? This bike has nothing to do with the fact that it has a engine, it is the oil pump that they replaced that failed because THEIR? mechanic? left out dowel pins when installing? The bike has NOT been ridden all over the county, it has only been ridden miles since the oil pump failed? The bike it still at the Harley Davidson dealership in TN, Smith Brothers? They can verify mileage? Customer had bike in Aug with engine issue and 25,milesThe customer has a non factory modified engine 120ci motor, with a well known tendency of low reliability We had no correspondence from the customer until of making this claim with depending on who you ask between
and more miles on itWe still have not been in receipt of the dealer from Tennessee inspection reportWith that all said this motorcycle has been ridden across the country and months passingThere has been too many miles and time passed for this to be a warrantable issue, especially on the word of another shop in the business of selling service work for profit

I will reiterate as I have done in response to Mr*** attorney, whom I haven't had a response fromAfter months and plus miles since being serviced, we are not accepting responsibility for Mr*** breakdownI was also under the impression since Mr*** has retained an attorney, this is to be closed with the Revdex.com? I am rejecting this response because: I have emails with proof of contact and phone records from this dealership.  They have not asked for any receipts or inspection from the dealership in TN., Smith Brothers.  This bike has nothing to do with the fact that it has a 120 engine, it is the oil pump that they replaced that failed because THEIR mechanic left out 2 dowel pins when installing.  The bike has NOT been ridden all over the county, it has only been ridden 2700 miles since the oil pump failed.  The bike it still at the Harley Davidson dealership in TN, Smith Brothers.  They can verify mileage.  Lawless HD has done NOTHING to investigate our claim, they never asked for ANY documentation to support our claim, they just reply with assumptions. We have proof to back up our claim, Lawless HD is just not interested in standing by their work. This will not stop until we get some resolve.

Customer had bike in Aug 2015 with engine issue and 25,637 miles. The customer has a non factory modified engine 120ci motor, with a well known tendency of low reliability.  We had no correspondence from the customer until 11 of 2016 making this claim with depending on who you ask between 2750...

and 4000 more miles on it. We still have not been in receipt of the dealer from Tennessee inspection report. With that all said this motorcycle has been ridden across the country and 15 months passing. There has been too many miles and time passed for this to be a warrantable issue, especially on the word of another shop in the business of selling service work for profit.
