Greater Dayton Home Inspections recently performed a very thorough inspection of a house I am purchasing. The inspector, Mike, was prompt, courteous and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. The inspection lasted 3.25 hours and I learned so much valuable information regarding my new house. The next day, I received a detailed report which included photos.
