I would like for [redacted]/LEEE Corp to pay the amount of $3,682.00 to [redacted] account via check or direct deposit by 09/26/14.

Review: Me and my wife had rented a home through this company and resided within it for one year eight months. In this time there was multiple health and safety issues with the property including mold, asbestos, improper wiring and insulation, along with roof leaks. After filing complaints about these items, I was ignored until I wanted to bring in a housing inspector or pay my rent with the court until problems were resolved. In the last two quarters of occupancy we received water termination notices and had the water for a period of time for failure of payment from property management. We submitted the required 30 day notice for move out and was present for the walk through with no issues documented. I contacted [redacted] and informed him on two separate occasions of our forwarding address for the security deposit return. I have had no contact with [redacted] in over two weeks despite several tries to contact him regarding the deposit.Desired Settlement: Our security deposit was $1100.00, equal to one months rent, and with no defects caused by us in the residence I require the refund less any outstanding water/sewer charges. If there is any deductions from the deposit I require detailed receipts.

Review: The company has not been distributing rental returns since May 2014. Attempts to contact the company to make distribution was futile. The last respond was in September where the distribution was promised but not done till today.Desired Settlement: For the company to make the rental distribution own to me, and provide explaination for non responding.

Review: Having issues in receiving rental monies collected on our behalf ($1,288) by LEEE for FEB & MAR 2015.

Received a finalized statement showing amount to be paid, but until today, nothing! And to think we are still getting charged for management fees for non-service and breaking their signed contract on paying our monies in time.

Calls are not returned and emails not acknowledged. Since the beginning of the property management services, we've had but only problems in getting our money. As of April 2015 we had no choice but to switch property management companies!Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is to be paid what is due us ($1,288). Although I disagree with the management fees being deducted for non-service, I will be happy just to get our money and wash our hands with this!

Review: Company is a property management company for properties that I own. Company has stopped paying me money owed to me.Desired Settlement: I desire the money owed to me.

Review: This company manages 2 rental properties for me in Cleveland Heights Ohio. They have been collecting rent from my tenants since March and not maintaing the porperties, paying any of the bills or taxes or sending my the residual income since March of 2013. I have called and complained many times with the owner [redacted] to no satisfactory resolution. I believe he has been embezzling the money and have also filed a complaint with the state Attorney General.

Review: Mr. [redacted] has been avoiding all attempts I have made to contact him in order for him to pay me the 4 month's rental income he collected on my behalf as my property manager.

I terminated his service 30 days after I gave him a written notice express mail, which Mrs. *. [redacted] signed for. I also sent him numerous emails which he ignored. I left him several phone messages as well.

He owes me a total of $3600 of rental income for the months of July, August, September, and October of 2014, which he has collected.

I am preparing a legal case, and I hope the outcome will teach Mr. [redacted] a lesson.

In the mean time, I would like the public to be aware of Leee Corp Property Management's misconduct and breach of contract, in hopes that others people don't become victims of Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to pay me the $3600.00 rental income he collected and has failed to pay me.
