Legend Auto Sales Inc will not be refunding any money for the trade. Per purchase order signed by [redacted] . Customer is to be charged $0.50 per every mile driven. She drove close to 50,000 miles, that is close to $25,000 dollars. We are currently not trying to collect on the $25,000 balance but if further pressure is given then this is a possible position.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been there over times already have been told I was gonna get a refund in full for my down payment is cethe bank did not a aprove me when I first got there I was told by Paco to give them a rough amount of how much I made I thought It would be around the amount I told him I got a raise a couple days ago I was never told the bank goes by my year to date so he should of know by me getting a raise a couple days ago the bank would not aprove me I told the gm and Paco the car was not running that they where able to go get it a couple days after due to it being at a shop to be looked at the said that's was fine I am very dissapointed for the reason that now this is effecting my daily routine for work my daughter appointments and now I'm 1,short and with no car I don't see why u guys would take away my down payment if I was told I would get a refund if a deal wasn't able to be made I would like a response stating if I will be receiving a refund or will I have to take further actions Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The repair addendum was sent after the initial blind estimateAfter additional repair was deemed necessary Legend Auto Sales refused to contribute to the additional chargesHowever MrH*** decided due to the lack of cooperation from his company that he would pay for half of one (1) of the additional items ($250.00) out of his pocketThis gesture has not gone unappreciatedHowever more repair work was still necessary. A friend of mine did look at the vehicle with meHowever the inspection was short due to it being dark, raining, and Legend Auto Sales was about to closeWe traveled over hours for this vehicle and arrived later in the evening than anticipatedHowever the modifications were not immediately visible under those conditions, and in violation of Federal Law I was uninformedI am not asking for a hand out, I am asking for the repair costs of the $39,vehicle I purchased to be contributed

Mr*** thank you for reaching out to us When you came to purchase the Ram you and your mechanic did a complete inspection After the vehicle was delivered there was a breakdown and as a goodwill we have paid for the repairs I have fixed everything that was originally promised

I am rejecting this response because:Legend Auto Sales would like to me to travel miles round trip twice in order to repair the heaterI would loose two days of work unpaid, I would like the repair to be made local to me to eliminate miles of total travel distance and to not loose two days of unpaid workI would also like to be reimbursed for the out of pocket expense with the cylinder head gasket repair.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: all of these statements the business made are false THEY STOLE my car They have lied about everything with the cadilac There is nothing legal about what they did I will be calling every news company stating how Legands Auto Stole my car and have lied about every part of every transaction they have made They lied about the miles, the car had miles on it I did not agree to any of this They stole my car and did this all on purpose pitting on people that don't know how to fight against business performing illigal and shady acts like Legands business has illigally done according to RCW and RCW and last but definitely not all of there illigal acts they perform is RCW I will not stop until they pay me back for my car......I will be calling all of the news channels They stole my car.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:They sold me a car, they took my car and sold it then took the car back they sold me because they didn't transfer the title like they were LEGALLY supposed to which is against many laws including RCW section 3. They stole my car and lied about not receiving payments. Well they lied about everything....they refused to give me the keys back to my car, sold me a car, sold my car, and then took the car they sold me back.....there is nothing legal about this.Sincerely,*** ***
We signed a goodwill form because we cannot take liability for the shop that does the repairs.When you left the lot there was no issue with the heater, there was snow when your were going over the pass.The problems appeared after your recommended mechanic did the repairs. I would recommend that mechanic to review his repairs and fix the heater.Our offer still stands if you would like to bring the vehicle here.
