Sorry for the confusion once again [redacted] is a US manufacturer/company, however their products are manufactured overseas We apologize for our representative's hasty response which led to the confusion Again, if you check with ***, they will confirm that the lenses received are only sold the way you received themThey are indeed packaged for world-wide sale with more than one language on the packagihas always been this way We can understand and appreciate your concern -- as contact lenses are a "credence" good, consumers may have a difficult time in judging the quality of the product without a health care professional or manufacturer representative's opinion As well, before jumping to conclusions, we strongly recommend that you check the packaging from another seller; as we are confident that you will find it is the same There is no different way to receive Air Optix for Astigmatism lenses-- there is only one ultimate source for them Unopened, unmarked original condition contact lens boxes that are returned still qualify under our day exchange/store credit program

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My original complaint about their dishonest business practices and deceitful customer services standsThey've offered no real redress or intelligent response to explain previous digressionsThe harm was done in sending the package they did, not helping return it at that time, and their disingenuous version of customer serviceSince I don't have a product they would accept for a return anymore, the damage is done unless they'll issue me a refund (which I doubt greatly). Regards,*** ***

Hello,There was a back order on this particular item which we communicated with the customer
Unfortunately we could not meet this particular customer's service demands due to the back order We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience We did overnight the items once they arrived off of back order (at our expense) The customer insisted that the order be sent for free, which is something we cannot agree to do The order delivered on 12/7/via Fedex with tracking number *** We apologize for the inconvenience the delay caused Unfortunately the vendor delay with the particular items ordered was beyond our control Contrary to the customer's complaint, several supervisors and managers did talk to her politely and unfortunately she lost patience with us when we would not offer the order to her for free, so she began to express her frustration and continued to make the unreasonable demand to receive the order for free We're sorry for this customer, the trouble caused and any misunderstandings.Sincerely,LensDiscounters.com

I am asking for $to be issued to meNOT a refund, that would mean I want my package to be cancelledI do NOT want thatI want my package to be delivered and receive my money back

Hello,We provided this customer with the appropriate response which we believe she did not review. We apologize for the confusion. Please note that [redacted] (a US company) does indeed manufacturer their products in Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany and Puerto Rico. The products are US FDA approved and are...

shipped from [redacted] distribution center in Georgia - unfortunately they do not give the option to choose the country of manufacturer (they ship what they have in stock). If you check your previous box of Air Optix that you may have received from your doctor or another source, you'll find that they were likely produced in Malaysia or Indonesia or Puerto Rico as well. These lenses have never been manufactured in the USA nor do we advertise anywhere that the lenses are produced in the USA.  *No matter where you buy these particular lenses from, they would be manufactured in the same place.*. We would never sell anything different from what your local eye care provider would sell you. In fact, we use the same distribution channels as doctors to source your lenses. The lenses are most certainly US standard FDA approved and I believe your doctor has completely mislead you in attempt to re-capture the sale for himself.  You can contact the manufacturer yourself, and they will most certainly, 100% and with full confidence assure you that the lenses you are wearing are only made in Malaysia, and Indonesia but they are US FDA approved.  We kindly ask that you ask any other eye care professional to check the packaging for the Air Optix for Astigmatism lenses that they sell so they can confirm the same; that those particular lenses are produced over-seas.  As well, the manufacturer of your lenses will also tell you that the lenses you received are correct if you call their consumer care department at [redacted].  Air Optix for Astigmatism lenses sold by any eye care professional will never be made in the USA -- they never have been made in the USA.We understand and appreciate how you want the most perfect and accurate lenses.  Since contact lenses are a credence product, you will only rest assured if you actually call the manufacturer, or check with a different eye doctor who will tell you the truth about manufacturer.  Please do not check with your same eye doctor-- they have already lied to you once and made you feel uneasy about your purchase, just because you received a discount that they did not want to provide you.  We hope that with this disclosure you are more confident in your purchase with us.  If you have any further questions, concerns or comments, please feel free to email [redacted]Best wishes,Customer Service

Sorry for the confusion once again.  [redacted] is a US manufacturer/company, however their products are manufactured overseas.  We apologize for our representative's hasty response which led to the confusion.  Again, if you check with [redacted], they will confirm that the lenses received are only sold the way you received them. They are indeed packaged for world-wide sale with more than one language on the packaging-it has always been this way.  We can understand and appreciate your concern -- as contact lenses are a "credence" good, consumers may have a difficult time in judging the quality of the product without a health care professional or manufacturer representative's opinion.  As well, before jumping to conclusions, we strongly recommend that you check the packaging from another seller; as we are confident that you will find it is the same.  There is no different way to receive Air Optix for Astigmatism lenses-- there is only one ultimate source for them.  Unopened, unmarked original condition contact lens boxes that are returned still qualify under our 365 day exchange/store credit program.
