Made several calls & sent several text messages regarding repairs of my shingles, but no return call or reply to text messages I had my the entire roof done Nov I've called & sent several text messages to get an invoice sent to meI received a text messages that it will be sent but never received itThe work was not completed done and the response was that it will get done, but it wasn't done Within the last couple of months, I've been calling & sending text messages with pictures showing that the roof needs to be repaired but no responseNow I see water damage on the ceilingI just want to get the roof fixed

My husband just got off the phone with ***/ [redacted] (i feel this is the same person) of LEP Roofing upset first of all because of how long it took to receive a call back regarding our roof that is falling apart after just getting replaced in Since services were promised to be complimentary to fix itand we were home at the time the initial visit was made but no one thought to ring the door bell to retrieve the shingles to repairand now we have to pay to get this rectified which was not what was promised (complimentary services were promised to fix the fallen shingles) This company is horrible at responding to inquiries and I am extremely upset that my brand new roof could not withstand a little bit of wind while my neighbors roof done by the same company is fineMark my words I have a very huge influence in the community and this lack of customer service will not go unnoticedHorrible customer service, lack of response, and little to no empathy that my roof was poorly con

There was a major leak around the flashing which resulted damage to the interior! They did not abide by their contract and warranty! When talking to the owner he stated this was normal wear and tear due to weather conditions! He even stated he would call with an estimate after his salesman [redacted] came by to see the damage on January 15, 2016! I informed him again that my roof was still under warranty! Which he then stated he would give me a good price! On February 2, 2016 he stated he would come by the Friday of that week and look at it himself from Georgia! I asked him if he was not aware of the major winter storm warning for that Friday! He acted dump to that fact and of course, he was a no show! Also, he never called back to reschedule At that point we decided that he was in no way going to attempt to take care of his problem! I have to add that he was first informed of this in October of 2015! He did sent 2 gentlemen which went on the roof and did some hammering but never came to
