September 14th, 2017 As of Wednesday, September 13th, 2017, the table and stools have been delivered and received by the customer. Please see attached receipt with customer's signature stating that the table along with stools have been received and satisfactory to
customer. The table and stools were originally ordered by the customer on July 15, 2017. Since we are a retail furniture dealer, we ordered the table set with the furniture manufacturer. The merchandise was picked up by a trucking company from the manufacturer on August 21st 2017. Typically, merchandise picked up is delivered shortly after. However, we called the confirmed delivery date. At that point, a decision was made on our part to send our warehouse manager to personally go pick up the table and chairs directly from the trucking company, located in Baltimore, MD. We have been in business for over years and year after year, we have always put customer service as our top priority. This case was not any different and making the hour drive to Baltimore to pick up the table and stools was what we wanted to do for our customer. On August 31st, our manager drove for hours to arrive at the trucking company's storage facility and picked up the merchandise. The table and chairs were immediately delivered to customer the next day on 9/1/2017. However, upon setting up the stools, our employee discovered one of the cushions had a stain. We called the manufacturer immediately on the same day of delivery and requested a seat cushion replacement. The part was received via FedEx on morning of Wednesday, Sept13th. The seat cushion has been delivered and replaced for the customer on Wednesday afternoon, Sept13th, 2017. As stated earlier, throughout our years of business, we have always strived on providing the best products, value and customer service to our clients. It is only with our customers' support that we have continued to be successful in what we do for the last years.
