The absolute worse paving job I have ever seen. Had to take to court and sue. because the driveway a cracked up puddle filled mess. Let alone damage they caused to the garage. Won the suit in court, but really? Needed to take time out of our busy lives for this. In our opinion, a very unprofessional owner and outfit.
The owner stopped and knocked on our door because the driveway needed attention. I found him to be clean, nice, and professional. He educated me on the differences with blacktop and was not pushy at all. His price was fair, not the lowest or highest and I believe he offers good value and service. I was surprised when I researched his company and read the only low review and believe everyone has a bad day and there is always multiple sides or views.

The owner of Liberty Paving stopped in to my home to try to solicit my business. I told him I was not interested. He would not stop hounding me even as I walked away. I told him to leave, he did not and continued to rant on. I told him to leave and get off my property 13 times. This is a rude and obnoxious person. I took photos of his license plate and him as this guy is scary. If he EVER shows up again, I will immediately call 911
Do yourself a favor, do business elsewhere
I had find this business to repaving my driveway. After estimator(unfortunatly I dont remember his name) had been measuring,calculating and do some paper work I had give him some deposit of $250 and been told that they will start to do that work on next week (deal was of put two layers over the old paving, and total price was $5000 for that) the day before all works has been started he gave me a call to confirm time and other things about that work , and during the conversation he was stating tha it will cost me $5500,after my comment abot wrong price he started to yell at me that he is not working for free and I am trying to get that work for free,so I just stopped to argue any thing with him and hang up the phone. next day I had called to maine office and canceled everything,later on I had call them again to ask return my deposit and been told they will contact that contractor for it. he had call me same day , apologised for convesation we had before and told me that I will not to get my deposit back. I just dont want to have any deal with people who can not control themselves and trying to change the rules during the game. thanks in advance.
signed a contract for 8400.00$ to dig her driveway out and put new 1 in. I told her it was 3000.00$ cheaper if she only wanted to over lay it. She decided she wanted me to price match. I don’t price match. She gave me the ok to come do the job. The morning I was on my way on the turnpike on my way to her job she called my cell phone and told me not to come out. She gave a deposit of 250.00$ when she signed the contract. That is our policy. I explained the deposit is non refundable.
Neighbor at *** had is driveway paved by Liberty without a township permit. We had a survey done so that we could install a fence.
Once survey was completed it was found that the driveway was approximately 4 feet on our lot. Yesterday Liberty tore out most of the 4 feet but still had some paved area on our lot. Rather than do the job right, they pulled out one of the survey sticks and backed over another. The neighbor told us to call them directly. They admitted to backing over it and said they would not be replacing any stakes. They proceeded to use profanity on the phone to the point that I hung up. Surveys are expensive and the fact that no permit was sought and now survey stakes were removed is extremely upsetting. We are in the process of getting a permit to install the fence and we no longer have all of the survey stakes. We were informed by the survey company that stakes sometimes "disappear" and that it is illegal to remove them. So now we do not have accurate bounderies to set out fence. Liberty Paving is liable for a new lot line survey and refuse to do anything but swear at me.
libertypavingco@***.comI laid the the driveway. It didn’t need a permit because it was a overlay on a existing asphalt driveway. The costumer asked me to make turn around a few feet deeper there was already rock there. Found out it wasn’t their property. They asked me to come cut it back and they would pay me. I told them I didn’t need paid just wait until spring because it was to late in the year. I went over and cut it back. I backed over 1 stake with skidsteer, it snapped off in the hole. The other stake no one touched. You can ask the customer. I told my guys to put the other stake back in the whole before they left. They obviously did not. A few days later the guy called my phone. I informed him I did not move the other stake but I did back over 1 and my guys were supposed to put it back in. I called the people I did the work for they went and found the hole and put he stake back.
