During the process of reassuring over 10,new chip enabled cards to our members, we were unable to place an order for any new cardsOur processor informed us that the cards would be received by the members by the end of the monthUnfortunately, as is common in these situations, there was an issue with the process and it was delayedIf we had issued a card to member it would have delayed it even further The processor usually doesn't do reissues from the end of November to January but made an exceptionWe were notified today that the reissue process is complete and we may now begin to order replacement cards for those who need them The change to EMV chop debit cards is for the safety and security of our members accounts and we felt the mass reissue was of the utmost importanceWe will have the new card ordered immediately and request a rush shipment at no additional fee

The loan was being paid by payroll deduction but there was an insufficient amount of payroll coming in to cover both loans.  The loan was only receiving $10 per week which was not enough to cover the payment amount.  The loan was not brought up to date until February 5, 2015.

When the loan was paid off with [redacted], the credit union did not receive the original title from [redacted].  We have received a lien release letter from [redacted] but do not have the appropriate forms signed by [redacted] to go to NJMVC to obtain a title.  We do not now and...

have never had a lien on the vehicle.  [redacted] can go to NJMVC with the lien release letter from [redacted] and obtain a clear title to the vehicle.  We cannot issue a title as that is done only by the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission.  On our last attempt to contact [redacted], our representative was hung up on upon identifying herself.

The items were returned and fees reversed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:All communication to Liberty was initiated by me, at no point did I hang up the phone on any rep attempting to reach me. I would spend weeks at a time trying to get in contact with a representative to try to resolve the issue. I was told on several occasion someone would get back to me, of course no one did. I started this transition process in DEC 2016 and called Liberty notifying them of what was need to move this process forward, it was at least March before I spoke with the person I was referred to. I would end up calling them and would be continuously referred to Ms. Marian or Marian B[redacted] in the title department. After several calls and messages I finally got on to Ms B[redacted] who told me, It is not her responsibility to make sure every file coming to her has a title attached to it. They were often rude and would hangup the phone when they didn't feel like answering questions, this included the supervisorI've have also spoken with [redacted] on several occasion and they have given me dates that they forwarded all necessary documents to Liberty. They detailed whom they spoke with and what information was sent. Liberty states they have never held a lien against the vehicle? though every month they collected a payment from me. When the payment was late they were sure to contact me.When I initially requested this information be sent to **  Department of Transportation I received an email (which I filed) with a copy of the title sent to me via email by a person named "Semera". I was advised that this was sent to me by instruction of MS B[redacted]. I called and questioned how are you able to send me a copy of a Title claim you do not have, no one was able to provide an answer in frustration Ms B[redacted] hung up the phone on me. After calling back she said I needed to speak with her supervisor who also hung up the phone.  I have since made the final payment on my vehicle and received a lien release letter signed by Ms. B[redacted]. Even though as stated they [Liberty] have never held a lien against the vehicle. I have had to spend money out of my own pockets traveling back and forth to NJ to resolve this issue. To date I am still unable to register my vehicle.
