In order to assure proper investigation of all claims, the Premises has cameras throughout and, with the assistance of the building security at the Premises, viewed the film. A print of pertinent photos is attached for your review; these can be summarized as follows:• Photo #1 shows the Customer entering the Premises. You can clearly see damage to the automobile in this photo. • Photo #2 is a close-up of Photo #1. • Photo #3 shows the parking location of the automobile (note that the side wall is on the passenger side and the damaged area is on the driver's side).While we are troubled that the Claimant believes she was threatened, we do not consider our employees the threatening type and are carefully trained to handle all claims in a businesslike manner. That said, in this case, the gravamen of the Claimant's argument is in error as readily determined from the photos. You can see for yourself from the photos that the Claimant is simply misdirected and should seek recourse elsewhere.In closing, I must add that my Client has been in business in this District for over 50 years, takes its reputation very seriously and prides itself on its good, longstanding customer relationships. Indeed, occasionally problems do occur; however, I must personally note that my Client is the first to correct the cases where it is at fault. However, this case is simply not one of those cases. We request that you urge the Claimant to dismiss her complaint and close the matter. As an attorney, the Claimant should recognize this.Very truly yours,[redacted]

First, I would like to thank the Revdex.com in resolving this matter. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
I asked that the business provide evidence of it's investigation priort to me seeking assistance of any third party. Had that been done, my complaint would not have reached a second level.  Addditionally, yes, an attorney I am satisfied with not holding Monument Parking liable for personal property damage. However, paramount, it is to be noted, as a consumer, my experience with Monuments employees Mr. Petora O[redacted] and Mr. Johnathan G[redacted] were unsatisfactory. The tones in speaking with me,  yelling, attempt to intimidate, and all around unprofessionalism and cultural insensitivity are things that should be addressed intraoffice and should not go unchecked.
