Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: what they had wrote was a lie I told them about the headlamp before the purchase of the car I even have two witness and one of which is the sales personnel that works there and the head light actually are pointed down because the feature that is broke on the car is also the leveling of the lights but I understand that to them I am just some stupid kid who they don't care about I have bought vehicles from a dealerships and this is literally the worst experience I have ever had considering the g m told me word for word cat plus cat doesn't equal dog so idk where this headlamp issue came from but I can't help you buddy and they did not offer me a warranty or supply me with a car fax report customer service at this place on a scale of one to ten is maybe a 2Sincerely,*** ***
Mr *** purchased the Audi in November of this yearAt that time Mr*** knew that he was purchasing the vehicle with no warranty on the vehicle unless he purchased an additional warrantyAfter the purchase the vehicle exhibited an overheat conditionWe took the vehicle in and
gave Mr*** a Nissan Altima as a loaner vehicle at no charge to himWe were able to diagnose the vehicle as needing a cooling fan for the overheat conditionWe repaired the vehicle at no charge to him but at a cost of $to the dealershipMr *** picked up the vehicle on 11/and he made no mention of the headlamps to meOn 11/28/Mr*** brought the vehicle in for a light on the dash that stated an issue with the adaptive headlampsWe were able to diagnose the headlamp on the passenger side as having an issue causing the light to come onAgain there was no charge for the diagnosis to Mr***There was no issue with the headlamps working as standard headlamps only the adaptive function was compromisedWe offered to install the headlamp at no charge to Mr*** if he wanted to get a new headlamp with the adaptive featureTo this date he has declinedWe feel that the headlamps are working and that the vehicle is safe to driveWe remain steadfast in our goal to deliver the best vehicle at the best price and feel that was what was delivered
