Little Apple Technologies

I was a customer of Little Apple Technology for 4 years. The last 6 months of my service, LAT failed to charge my autopay, but continued to send me emails that gave me the impression that they had. After 6 months, I got a phone call and a bill demanding payment for the last 6 months of service. This was not requested, it was demanded. It was not my fault that their new billing system failed to charge my card; they would not accept any fault, or compromise on the bill although the issue was completely theirs. I went to social media with my experience and found several others who were also victims of the same ineptitude. Little Apple does not specify the speed of the service you are paying for, and their customer service is below poor. Steer clear of Little Apple Technology, period.
