Your company came highly recommended from the loc and natural hair community in Atlanta. I was excited to support a black owned, woman lead company. I now regret that choice.
I expect a FULL and IMMEDIATE refund. I have disputed your company to PayPal and my credit card company.
On June 9, 2020, I ordered 100% afro kinky bulk human hair 8" from Locsanity via Etsy. The product is not all the same length of 8" as shorter lengths
On June 9, 2020, I ordered 100% afro kinky bulk human hair 8" from Locsanity via Etsy. The product is not all the same length of 8" as shorter length of hair shorter pieces are packed into it. When I received the hair on June 15, 2020, I called locsanity and informed them that I would like my money back and the seller told me to contact Etsy and message them through Etsy since I purchased my item via Etsy.
I did so and I was asked the question of what's wrong with the hair and I informed seller that the product is not what I expected and the hair has different(shorter) lengths packed into the 8" hair. After several conversations with Etsy to try to contact seller (Locsanity) again. Locsanity agree to refund me for item but a restocking fee of 25% which was not stated on return policy. I will not agree to this and would like my money refunded to me. Seller also stated that she normally waives this fee but stated that I have bee an interesting ***: from the phone calls yesterday, emails etc. I'm just trying to get my money back for a product that I do not want.
I would like to return the hair products without having to pay a restocking fee of 25%
Order has been shipped and delivered. No returns for custom products.

We have considered this issue resolved.
I am not satisfied with the company's response to my claim. This was not a custom order and company only tried to charge 25% restocking fee after I reported them to Etsy. In my documents you will see this information along with 25% restocking fee not being included in company's return/refund policy. Thanks

On 11/13/2019, I purchased a product from said company for the amount of $236.00.I recieved the product about 2 weeks later,product was not what she advertised or what iordered, so I called amazon they said seller would recieve myreturn.
At first seller stated she did not recieve the return then she sent a text to me saying that the product was not what she sent me,
And that she only recieved 1 item. To which there were 4, she admitted it was not human hair, but says it was not her product. Is only agreeing to refund to me for one pack of hair. Approx $59.00
She says she disposed of the product I returned so I have nothing to show for my money

Refund I would like all of my money returned to me , this was purchased with my credit card, so I am being required to pay $136.00 to my credit card company. So need my whole refund. I sent back the exact hair product to this seller. And she has doing nothing but lying and contradicting her self.
returned product to us that was not brought from us. Pictures of the returned items have been provided to her. It was fake hair that we do not sell and the packaging is not from our company.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I have shopped on Amazon for quite a while, have never had this problem. When she sent the product there were no information or any paperwork on the product. This was suppose to be a special order, I don't purchase synthetic hair, this is why I paid this amount of money ($236.00) I feel as if I have been robbed, she will certainly will see this again!! I sent back what she sent to me, I have never dealt with someone like this,this all she sent to me, she said she disposed of the product

It's unfortunate that people like you try to take advantage of small companies. I have already reported you and will not longer communicate with you or entertain your lies. If you purposefully tried to steal money from me, I hope karma catches up with you.
