I went back to her home about days ago and made repairs to the roof and the paraphet She was not home during this repair and left my business card on her door She has not contacted me since this time It took me about hrs of time to make this repair Accident to happen when it comes to wind damage Everything has been sealed and repaired ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] First of all the warrenty at least what he told us was years on workmanship and years on shingles when he called he told me he was out a month ago and fixed it and left me nothing showing he was here If he was here a month ago then why am I mopping up water at least times this past couple days I did tell him I could get my brother to fix back parapet but after talking to family they said let him fix it it should hold up more than yearsMy other house roof was on for twenty years and I never had a problem even with strong winds I feel he did a shody job if he fixes it again and it leaks again I'll get an inspection and go to courtI told him once everything was fixed I would contact you and say he took care of the problem but I won't til roof is fixed and ceiling fixed funny no one else around here has had roof problems I went door to door and asked

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went to my home every morning @ 9am he was never there my son comes home from school @ between 245 &3 pm my younger son gets home @4 when I get there he was getting his things together to leave by 4 or already gone. My neighair who is home everyday all day also watched for them to be there. He had 3 guys the 1st day on the 7th then 2 guys returned And only worked 6 hour on the 15th and 16th and 4 hours on the 17th. Then no call no showed on the 17th. On the 20th is when we were supposed to have a meeting. He showed up at 9am with his one guy loaded his truck with the debris he had left sitting on my porch and in my yard for 2 weeks. They took that stuff away and was supposed to be back @ 10 am for a meeting and showed up @ 1215. I did go from the scope for materials and labor. I never expected a kitchen remodel. He was the one that said the cabinets would come apart when he removed them. That is why the insurance a proved new cabinets. We are now also having to repair 1/2 of the kitchen floor because it was not clicked incorrectly in the middle. There are also die pieces that look like they were cut with a hack saw. I only wanted my house fixed. He bid the job then acted like the bid wasn't enough. He was given a down payment of $8000 with getting 5860 @ completion. That was for the entire job of kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, master closet, and under house. The only work finished was taking out 1/3 of kitchen floor,taking out cabinets and putting in partial cabinets did not even finish putting in cabinets. No trimwas put in either. The sub floor for the 1/3 of kitchen floor was replaced and underlayment put in kitchen floor then the vinyl plank floor that was not put together in the middle. I am still missing one cabinet that he didn't purchase and 2 others that he did not install. The scope gave $2.82 Sq ft for material and then paid separate for labor but Mr. [redacted] kept trying to say he gets part of the money from the material cost for labor. I asked a state farm adjuster to clarify and they said that is not correct. They scope out so much for material and then a different amount for labor. He has never tried to refund me any of my money and owes me over $4000 especially now that we have to redo half of the kitchen floor. I will still take $4000 just to be done and move on. I have enough to deal with trying to get all of this done with out all of the insurance money now in December. Mr [redacted] wants to make accusations of me trying to make money on this and me saying I wanted cabinets. He is the one that told the ins. Adjuster the cabinets would fall apart at removal. I did say I wanted new cabinets when he asked me and said that. I say we'll yeah sure that's awsome. He is the one that offered to waive the deductible then try ed not to. He is the one that tried to undercut how much I had to spend on everything. Then to top it all off 2 weeks in and only working 4 partial days he asked for a draw! I have read this complaint from Mrs***. The roof has only a one year guarantee on workmanship and I have been responsive to her requests regarding the roof. However, I have no control of the storms which StLouis has been experiencing lately let alone acts of nature. Mrs
*** had informed me that she was going to have her brother fix the leaking but it seems like he was maybe unable to do it. I have fixed the parapet wall which she had an issue. I fixed it as a goodwill gesture and at no charge to her. I will try to contact her to see what the problems are and how, if at all, I may help her. She gave me $down. This was all done through the insurance companyHer kitchen floor had water damage to it and when I went to bid the job there were holes in the floorShe said she would like new cabinetsI told her the insurance company may not cover new cabinets since they were not
