Custom ordered a bracelet from Lois Hill. Received with a faulty clasp and was promised a new ring as compensation for the faulty clasp. Have not received the ring nor have heard back from multiple communication attempts to company regarding the ring.
Last september I contacted this store about putting some extra links in a lois hill watch. I sent them pictures of the watch and they said they could do it. They gave me an ra # which is ***, and told me to make it attn:Elvira. I sent it to them and it was delivered on 9/12/2017. Since then I have talked to someone twice on the phone (***-***-***), was left a message from Morgan that it was still in process and it would be shipped as soon as they got it back and emailed recently from Lee S who was following up on repairs. She asked me if I still had the watch. I told her no and that she was scaring me and I have not heard from anyone since. I have emailed, called and left messages but no one has responded back. Please help.
Thank you for forwarding this complaint. We have researched this matter and found that, despite some less than desirable performance on our Company’s part, the outcome has been satisfactory to the customer. The Company moved its headquarters and backroom operations from New York City to Seattle, Washington and during that move some inventory and jewelry items were misplaced, including this customer’s watch. The Company also had some personnel transition so there were gaps in effective customer service.In early June 2018 the customer’s watch band was found and immediately serviced to lengthen the band as requested, and we put a new battery in her watch for longer life of her timepiece. On June 7, the customer was called by Marion of Lois Hill Accessories and the customer seemed happy with the phone call. On June 8, the Company mailed the watch to the customer in like-new condition. The Company also sent a necklace as a gift. We were not aware of the Revdex.com complaint at any time prior to sending the customer her watch, so all actions taken by the Company were done in the normal course and not motivated by a formal complaint. We believe the customer is satisfied now, and she sent a text message to the Company’s customer service phone (please see attached) which states “ Hi..it’s ***..I got my watch and it is Perfect…Thank you for your help and the necklace….Lois Hill is so lucky to have you..God Bless.”Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or need additional information.Respectfully Submitted,Bill BLois Hill Accessories1924 First AvenueSeattle WA 98101
