I am rejecting this response because:
The business owner did no such review as claimed in their email message I asked for red hair, I received brown hair The process itself was performed insufficiently such that my hair color was not as expected The process was rushed and I was never placed under a dryer during the initial coloring nor was my hair dry when I left the salon I honestly think that the stylist knew she had messed up and did not want to dry my hair intentionally so that I would not see her mistake before I left her salon The day I returned to ask the stylist about fixing her mistake, she was coloring someone else's hair She took her time with that client, leaving me to wait for minutes after my scheduled appointment time and she also put that client under a dryer I think it is obvious that she simply doesn't want to admit that she messed up
This is not the first time I have had my hair colored I know the process and the stylist at Love Your Hair did not follow it I have also never in my life heard of a stylist refusing to fix someone's hair if the client was not happy with their work Whether or not the stylist feels it was her fault (which in this case it is absolutely her fault), she should always fix the mistake For goodness sake, the name of her salon is "Love Your Hair" Well I certainly do not love my hair, thanks to *** *** and I would like my money back since she refused to fix her mistake

LOCAL BUSINESS ALERT! DO NOT PATRONIZE SALON "LOVE YOUR HAIR" on San Marco, St Augustine. I visited on Saturday and was very explicit as to what I wanted; full highlights (i.e. All over) and a cut. She only did the very outside of my hair and a few highlights at the nape. Of course, I did not notice this until later that day when brushing through my hair , and as she was closed Sunday and Monday, I waited until 1st thing this morning to return, show her my hair and very sweetly request a few more highlights. She had a customer in her chair and one waiting, so acquiesced to seeing me again on Saturday to re-do. I get a text from her tonight saying this
"[redacted],
After consideration of the service provided for you three days ago and recalling your complete satisfaction, no further service will be provided for you. Please do not return to the salon.

LOVE YOUR HAIR"
I paid this hole in the wall top dollar (she originally wanted to charge me higher than any of the top salons in town) PLUS a $25 tip!!!!! I now have to find another salon and spend another $150 to put it right!!! Please pass this warning along.
