Plaza Home Mortgage purchased a lender placed insurance policy on our property on 9/22/ Our loan was then transferred in October Upon transfer, the insurance information was not given to the new servicer and the policy was not cancelled We then sold the property in November We are now trying to get a refund for this policy, as we had insurance We have emailed and faxed proof of insurance to Plaza, although they will not confirm they have received these materials We have been told no information is available about our loan for 8-business days as ‘our loan is transferring in their systems from active to transferred loans.’ Every time we call, we receive a different answer as to what information is available about our loan and when & how we will be refunded for the policy One supervisor suggested we request the refund be sent directly to us, while the next supervisor ( [redacted] ) told us the refund had to be sent to the mortgage company our loan was transf

I have a 203k loan with Plaza Home Mortgage Due to no fault of my own, the construction project has been delayed and I received an extension The project is still only weeks behind schedule I requested a week extension but was denied I was told that if the project was not completed by January 1, and a certificate of occupancy was not given, they would foreclose on my loan I have made consistently timely payments and have never missed any payments I was also told that I am now on the Final HUD Foreclosure list The township will not issue a certificate of occupancy unless all work has been completed I escalated my extension request to a supervisor at Plaza Home Mortgage but she refused as well The 203k processor that was assigned to me by Plaza is now delaying the processing pursuant to the contractors 2nd draw for money He is also not returning phone calls I have submitted all paperwork and forms, a

I have always paid my payment electronically Late April I got a call from Plaza saying they had not received my April payment I checked with my bank and confirmed the payment was made through electronic transfer of funds Because it was an actual transfer of funds into Plaza's bank, I could not do a stop payment I then made another payment to Plaza while they researched where they put my payment I had my bank do a conference call with them, then fax over proof directly from my bankI received a letter from Plaza saying they were researching it June I made another mortgage payment for June I figured they were still working on trying to find that lost payment from April and decided to give it a couple more weeks June 21, I get a call that June payment was not received Again I verified it was in fact electronically delivered to Plaza Now I have $worth of payments made that are just missing (although my bank is confident those funds are in Plaza's bank account)

Horrible experience with this company! We recently refinanced so that we could get away from their horrible business, our loan officer alerted them to let them know of the closing date, they noted the account, and received the pay off amount the exact date they were told they were! They reported us to the credit bureau as still be days past dueWhen I contacted them regarding this, they said they showed no record of it being reported late, it only showed reported that the loan was paid offNEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company to deal withLast minute checks made out to the attorney and ready to close the next morning and another view from under writers Emotional rollercoaster and stress that should of gotten resolved way before the closing was set up

I received a letter in April stating that the mortgage company did not have proper insurance documentation from Feb24, to April 6th, and that I needed to provide documentation proving I had hazard insurance on the property during those dates or they would provide insurance and bill me for it I spoke with my insurance agent who faxed and updated their website with the documents needed for proof On May 13, I received another letter stating that this was their 2nd and final attempt to get the insurance documents for Feb - April and that I would be billed for any insurance they provided for my account I called my insurance agent again who, again, sent in the required information needed She spoke with *** who stated that I'd receive a letter that they had the information needed and that I would not be billed I just received a 3rd letter 6/27/stating that I am now being charged $for hazard insurance Information that has now been sent to them ti
