Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have... to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Skin Cream and the Eye Serum) on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/07/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $6.94 and $4.94.The customer also added an insurance plan for $1.99 to their order. The trial expired on 11/11/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 11/11/2016 $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 12/11/2016 the customer was charged again for both products $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum as well as $1.99 for the insurance plan and 2 more bottles shipped out .The following month, on 01/11/2017 the customer was charged $98.71 for the Eye Serum and $1.99 for the insurance plan and a new shipment went out. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 12/18/2016 and requested for the Skin Cream subscription to be cancelled, which we did.Customer also requested a refund,our Customer Service offered the customer a courtesy refund of $34.65, which the customer accepted.Then on 01/18/2016 the customer called in again requesting that the Eye Serum subscription also be cancelled and refunded. Our Customer Service honored the request and cancelled the customer’s subscription. Our Customer Service also issued the customer a full refund for the Eye Serum Charge ,$98.71 charged on 01/11/2017.As they customer mentioned the subscription was to be cancelled the prior month.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we we have provided the customer with a check refund for the remaining amount $64.36 for the Skin Cream charged on 12/11/2016 and $98.71 for the Eye Serum charged on 12/11/2016 as well as the $1.99 charge for the Insurance plan on 12/11/2016. Customer should receive check within 5 to 10 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

The company sells samples then bills the remaining price the next month without informing the customer. Also They put you on automatic shipment so another shipment comes before you notice. I feel like I was scammed and will not purchase from this company again. Please inform other purchasers they may be scammed. I called and cancelled my account but could not send either shipment back because they said that California won't let you return skin care products. I want others to know this before they decide to purchase from this company so they won't be scammed like I was

*** *** I never gave this company permission to charge my card and had no idea what the prices wereI never would have ordered something so expensiveThe day I received my "free trial" I emailed the company to make sure that I would not be receiving any additional products and that this was only a trialThey sent me a reply telling me to call themI have copies of these emailsI called the company and was assured that I would not receive any surprise shipmentsOddly enough when I called them to complain about receiving another shipment they told me that they had no record of my first callAs I said, I have a copy of my email telling them that I didn't want to receive any other productsBased on the fact that they did credit one of the items shipped on 11/27/it would seem strange that they did not credit me for the second item, which was close to $I have not received credit for the items shipped on 12/27/and they total almost $I have been working with my credit card company, *** but the refunds are ot coming throughi am not yet satisfied with the progress of this issueThank you for your help

The trial expired on 02/10/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/10/2017 $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on  03/10/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments, $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.Unfortunately the customer’s account has been flagged as a chargeback for the disputed charges. Resulting in the chargeback processor and credit card companies ruling the claim in our favor.Due to the account being flagged as a chargeback we are unable to provide the customer with a refund at this time.Please relay this message to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any questions.
