First of all,You're speaking with [redacted] this company, IF I was scamming I would not still be in business for one and it would not be where it is today nor would I still be in partnership with AmazonIt's disrespectful how you came at my company while even writing this complaint to Revdex.com and also my partner; when you faithfully, came in my partner messages on social media requesting days after you placed an order on my website, that you needed it as soon as possible, and she told you that she would try to express ship it being so that you paid little for regular shipping and also used a discount in the mist of the order processingIt's not fair to other customers that are trying to get their orders too.You ordered on the 22nd of March, knowing that orders placed on the weekend will and DOES NOT process until the next following MondayRegardless, if you have express or regular shippingIt doesn't matterWe're partnered with Amazon and that's the practice we're taughtI encourage EVERY customer to read the policy and description before checking out on my company website, to know how we consult and deal with ordersIf you cannot follow that, then this is not the company for youIt's not my fault, that you were not able to apply express shipping onto your order, and especially when you waited until the last minute to even place an order knowing you needed it within daysIt's not gonna work out that way IF we have processing times.Secondly, I offered you a refund and gave you store credit back to your account which you're claiming you never got but it shows you were refunded on your order statusSo I have no reason to hold your money, it's more where that has came fromThen you led on to say and make a accusation, we sent your package to a whole different address but when you spoke with one of our customer reps, the tracking didn't even load or show anything going to New OrleansYou were sent a tracking receipt and your tracking number to your phone number and email and IT currently shows, that your package will be delivered on April, 17th TuesdayTracking Link: [redacted] Tracking Number: [redacted] Ship Date: April 1st- Carrier: USPS | Needless to say, you need to speak with USPS about how fast and how they handled your package, it was obviously delayedI have the package photo from them for proof that it was received, so nobody is trying to scam you or secondly hold back your package.Moving forward to the refund, I am declining a refund to be sent back, because you waited until the package was in transit to file a complaint which was out of line, two; all sales are final upon purchasing and you purchased from a sale and it states that in the policyAnd if a claim or charge back is received, I will be submitting all documents to show proof that the package was sent out to you to protect myself and my company and filing a PR; because this is normally known to happen from customers in situations like thisThanks

Daeshanae [redacted]money problem is never the issue I could've did the express shipping but I'm not paying no one extra just for an order to still take days to come . And secondly yes I went this way because I been waiting to get a reply or call back from someone for days who which I never received back . It is ridiculous that I had to take this route in order for to get a response back this the most you ever said since I placed my order on march 22,thirdly i'be orders things way from over seas and it came faster than waiting 24 days on a package that was supposed to be delivered within a week. Processing doesn't take that long and yes I spoke with usps & yes I did have the wrong routing number sent to my email I have proof . If I had my own I would know when the selecting shipping date was & not have to write you about it being shipped to North Carolina a place where I never lived before . And I still have yet to receive my refund . Yes it says on your site refund, but it still hasn't come and been 7 days . Not only am I the only person says y'all shipping is communication is horrible . I asked several times for Maryam the manager to give me a call and NEVERR received anything . But I'll be expecting the package like you said April 17,2018 and my refund as well
