I ordered in February and have not received not one pice of my jewellery I want a refund but I know I won’t get it I mean come on I ordered in February for gods sakes and nothing I have made several attempts to reach them and no answers it was told to me it could take 2-7 weeks and nothing I contacted them threw Facebook and threw email and nothing I believe this company is a scam I’d give no stars but I had to give one to get to do this review come on get it toghter this is not how u run a business or treat your paying customers

This site is a ripoff I order my items and have not received a tracking number and it’s been five days I have been emailing customer support and nobody have not email me back can I get my money back I don’t even won’t the items any more

I order two rings from this site on 11/19/19. It is now 3/16/20. I’ve never received my items nor did I receive a refund. The order number and tracking page is now a 404 page and I have no way to check the status. The tracking number never worked to begin with and they did not bother fix it either. I simply want a refund. I have proof of purchase and emails from them stating that I would receive my items but I never did.

I ordered some rings that never came in. Tech support never contacted me back. And the tracking number states that its invalid

I ordered my product(s) from this company in October, in which three days later I received an email stating that orders were high at the moment, so shipping could take up to 4 weeks. This was fine with me as I didn't need the product(s) until the end of December/beginning of January. It was been 5 months now, and I have not received any of my products. I have sent them countless emails, reached out via ***, and have called them in order to get this resolved. They refuse to answer phone calls, and are extremely vague in emails. I believe that, for someone that waited 5 months for their products, I should get a refund because the products are not arriving at all. It's hard to believe that they ever even shipped out at this point.
