Dear [redacted] ***,We are in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] [redacted] has falsely categorized Lyoness as an "investmentholding" company Lyoness does not offer investments or manageinvestments Rather, Lyoness is a global shopping community with shoppingmembers and merchants located throughout the United States and other countries [redacted] has been a Lyoness member for almost two years and isnow claiming that she does not understand the shopping communityprogramShe appears to be referring to a Gift Card order that she placedyears ago In order to place any gift card order, she had to first agreeto our Terms and Conditions prior to placing her orderMoreover, she had tosign an acknowledgement of the General Terms & Conditions ofOrder/Agreement where, subject to a rescission period, she agreed andunderstood that it was not an investment and it was non-refundableClearly, this complaint contradicts what she knew and agreed to yearsago Despite the filing of this complaint andmischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matterfurther to clear up any misconceptions and options that she may have availableto her [redacted] can contact the compliance department via email: [redacted] toset up a time to discuss further.Sincerely,Compliance DepartmentLyoness America, Inc[redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] ***,Lyoness' position remains the samethis individual joined ashopping loyalty program more than two years ago She was under noobligation to make any purchase of any kind However, she made the choiceto place a gift card order subject to the terms and conditions provided andsubscribed to at the time of purchase She was afforded the opportunityto cancel her order, but she made the choice not to do so Now that twoyears have gone by, she is attempting to cancel her agreement and obtain arefund despite the fact that she knew and agreed that there would be no refundafter the cancellation period had ended This request is denied Sincerely,Compliance DepartmentLyoness America, Inc[redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [I was introduced to the free membership by a friendI agreed to the free membershipI did not know my monies was going not be available back to me ,at the time of signing up.what I thought was an investment of my monies turns out to be a parcial payment on I think gift cards purchases im still not clear on this im am not saying lyoness is an investment firm company ectI have never intended to state that I am not aware if what lyoness is or was , I am stating I have a very hard time understand how to get my monies backI have emailed the company and have recieve a response stating about a recash option how ever its still unclear to me how I can get my monies back with out spendings thousands more dollars that I dont haveIf my membership is free why can I not spend my monies in my back office through the merchant stores?im not very clear on the recash option from what I understsnd is that lyoness if I submit the currect form for the recash option I can spend thousands more dollars and eventurely ill get my monies from the parcial payments.never was sent the correct form how to go about recash option.I just want to know how to get my monies back or is it just that simple that its gone I recieved nothing for the dollars but having a back office which I do not use , and a free membership I have not use in a very long time, im sure for some persons its a nice opportunity Unfortunately its not something I can doI just dont understandI would how ever spend my dollers through the merchants at keadt I would have some kind of a returnWhat does lyoness do with the monies left un touched by members Luke myself who have memberships being not used, monies sitting you can nit spend, fear of loosing it all together Im adking lyoness to put my monies in so I can spend it on something that I dont gave to spend thousands more dollarsI just feel sick about thus mess In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We disagree with the statements made by themembers. They have been members for two years and active participants forover 1 year. The terms and conditions for participation in the Lyonessloyalty program are clear and agreed to by each member when they enroll. At no... time do we make promises or guarantees of profits, earnings or any otherform of compensation. We invite the members to contact Lyoness directlyin order to address any questions or concerns that they may have.

Dear Revdex.com: We are in receipt of the complaint filed by [redacted] *** [redacted] has falsely categorized Lyoness as an “investment” Lyoness does not offer investments or manage investments Rather, Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and other countries Dear [redacted] , [redacted] has been a Lyoness member since July He was made fully aware of all of the changes that were taking place and he had plenty of time to ask questions and have them answered He claims that parts of the program were altered and/or taken away, when in fact, parts of the program were enhanced for the members Lyoness did not breach its contract with its members [redacted] has never been under any obligation to make a purchase in the program, but has chosen to do so In addition, the fact that [redacted] has agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the program in 2012, 2013, and shows that he acknowledged the program and any changes made to it Again, if he was unclear about any part of the program, he should have consulted with his upline leadership who were active at the timeDespite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matter further to clear up any misconceptions and options that he may have available to him [redacted] can contact the compliance department via email: [redacted] to set up a time to discuss further Sincerely, Compliance Department Lyoness A [redacted]
