Kitchen window was installed and inside area around sink was cleaned up by Installers-the size and type of damage would have been immediately noticeable.Customer put a heavy glass knick knack back onto window sill.Then We received a call about the chip to sink,I went to check out the damage,I
lifted glass knick knack and on the bottom was an impact spot with stone type dust,which appeared to me -to be what was dropped and caused chip in sinkSo there is two sides to what may have happened ,to settle this we would offer even thou we do not know how chipped got there ? Last we left off customer was going to look up price off sink on line.Also We wanted a written statement from customer stating that it was our men responsible for chipSo all this is a mute pointPlease let us know if customer agrees to 500.00.Also As part of this settlement ,complaint must withdraw by customer -since We do not know cause of chipThank You

I am rejecting this response because:The information contained in this response is simply untrue.  Although I do not have dates of phone calls made, I know that I placed at least a half dozen calls to that office over the years.  They did come out in March of this year - they replaced a few plastic pieces here and there and noted that there were at least four windows with condensation between the panes, several broken ledges that they said that they could "fix" and both sliding glass doors could be worked on (by filing down something in the frame).  However, they never followed up with making an appointment to actually do the work.  When I asked if they would, they stated that they would give information to the office.  That service call was just a joke.  The only thing that they actually did was replace a few broken clips.  That wasn't the major reason for my complaint and there has been absolutely NO follow up of any kind since.  Regards,
