I have lived in my home for 8 yrs...the system upstairs is separate from the one downstairs...neither of which have worked correctly since iv been here...interstate put in a brand new, bigger unit system in the downstairs and has JUST figured out that the upstairs system, which id spent over $1,000 on a few months ago...measures the heat from the OUTSIDE temperature...(rather than the INSIDE temperature)....after 8 YEARS OF THEM COMING HERE, EACH TIME CHARGING A TON....I am a 33 yr. old woman, living along in a house of my own and feel as tho this company has completely tried to take advantage of my "being a woman" - (not going to air conditioning 101) - its so unfair I have to suffer from this company's endless incompetence and individuals obviously working on commission. the whole experience with this company has been an expensive waste of my life and time....if you want something actually effectively DONE in your home...go to anyone but interstate ac.
