DO NOT do business with this company We had them come out to replace our router for our business which ended up costing us $(hours of IT tech rate plus $for the router) only to have it stop working two weeks later They sold us the original router as they "retail" the routers and then tried to charge us another $in hourly tech fees to replace the one they sold us!! I asked for a copy of the receipt for the original to see when it was purchased to make sure it was in fact new and not an old one they keep around the office, but Jonathan said he could not provide me with a receipt I have always received receipts from previous IT companies showing the equipment is new How can a business sell you a bad product, charge the hourly rate to install, etcthen try to charge for another hours to replace the one they originally sold?!? NOT a business I will ever work with again
