On 9/24/my daughter *** *** I (her mom ***) went to the LA County Fair at Pomona FairplexShe lives in W *** & I live in *** We met at Dennys off of fairplex a restaurant we frequent alot @6PMWe parked her car in the back parking lot & went to the fair in my carA memorable time turned out to be unfortunate & expensiveWe go every year & we laugh together & even though she is today she still will hold my hand as we walk togetherShe says a quote to me "If you live to be a hundred mom I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without youBecause we come from different directions we paid for parking for both cars this year at the fairWe didn't take the chance of leaving her car anywhere*** has worked hard since she was 15, goes to school, every single day this "kid" is compassionate *** understanding with peopleShe works @Bath & Body Works she is wor
This "Business" needs to be put out of businessThis establishment is a complete fraud, very unethical and dishonestHalf their truck drivers look like uneducated low life wanna be gang bangers up to no goodAfter arriving at my parents house to pick up my dog from my vacay, I step inside the house to gather her dog crate and misc items and not a minute later I see their truck back up to my car and begin to lift itAn altercation erupts and police is involvedThreats from driver and passenger are saidNo escort with the tow truck is present, my vehicle wasnt tagged by an authorized employee to be towed so we immediately assume they are thievesTheir demeanor, dress code, business conduct led us to believe they were up to no goodThe next day I pick up my vehicle and am shocked by there ridiculous feesA male by the name of chris, also accuse us of breaking the tow trucks keys at a rate of $with no proof of such said damaged keys, without a doubt they've extorted usThis establishment didn't follow proper protocol to tow a vehicleI urge Revdex.com to investigate this company and put them out of businessOf the reviews on Yelp all are negative reviews
I was in Montclair leaving Pagesus Hobby when a tow truck from "Mac Towing Services" pulls into the street without looking, cutting me off and not picking a laneThen while I was at the stop light he pulled up next to me staring like a dogWe exchanged words over the incident and as a Plumber, I am always aware of my surroundings when going into traffic!!!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a towing companyThey towed my car and in the process of towing it, TOTALLED MY VEHICLEThe dispatchers are nothing but rude and carelessThis should not happen to people
Mac towed my car as I was attempting to get my wheelchair bound friend out of the house and into the car I was doubled parked because there are no loading zones or handicapped parking to allow one to assist the disabled into a car The owner refused to take the money he refused because he said I had a bad attitude He cursed me out and drove off I am pursuing the issue in small claims court and business licensing
My battary had died at boomers ,parked it in a spot that wasn't handicap being a person with a bad foot and having placard,car was took and said that tags didn't match or were stolen,called police they were expired which are both lies, talked to people at boomers they said they didn't to have car towed,they want for days of stored car which I don't have

The towing company first made an attempt to tow my car from in front of my parking garage stall, while my garage was open, and while I was in there working and cleaningAs I noticed that my car was being towed, I approached the driver and asked him to stop but he stated that he would only drop my car and not talk for a charge of $I asked him is that was ethical considering that my car was right in front of my garage and I was in the garage and he would not bargain with meWhen I asked him to wait so I can go talk to the leasing manager, he promised to wait for me until I returnedOnce I talked to my leasing office and returned to talk to tow truck driver in order to have my car dropped in it's current location for $99, he was gone and was informed by Mac Towing that I could only pick it up at the towing yard but had to now pay $275! This operation is a total scamThe charges received were completely unjustifiedI had to pay the bill immediately to get my car out or they would have charged me an additional $the following day When I arrived nobody at the window was there so I ended up waiting over an hour at p.mWhen they finally arrived and it was time to pay they informed me that the Credit card machine was broken and I had to pay cashHe mentioned that it was broken for a while and the tow truck driver should have mentioned that to meThe company was not cooperating with me and their service was extremely poorI did some research on them and they have not one single good reviewAnyone that has ever dealt with them has had close to a similar experience, if not worseThis company should not be in business
Car was towed from a retail center, when I called to get information Chris was very rude, because I was not the register owner he was extra rude, I got power of attorney, notarized to pick up the vehicle, which on the phone he said he needed proof to actually do that, (Rancho cucamonga PD confirmed that I could do that) and only mentioning that did he agree, when I asked to get the total he hung up, which I had to call again, and he raised his voice and yelled at me, since he doesn't have time for me questions, I had to raise my voice back and only like that did he give me my total
When I picked up my car, Hector was not rude, but a lien fee was added to my total (it had not been hrs) for which they did remove
My tire cover was dented and so was the bumper When I called to address the issue, of course Chris said it was my fault for not checking before hand
They have a stressful job, but they are extra rude in the process A formal complaint against them has been made with the Revdex.com
