Review: My wife and I hired [redacted] from Mack Lab Media Group to shoot our wedding video on November 30th, 2013. Mack Block, not only did not cover the entire wedding reception, but failed to provide us with the finished product ( a professionally edited DVD ), our wedding memory. [redacted] gave us unedited DVDs which do not play in a DVD player, but play in a laptop. We have tried several times, since December 2013, to compromise with him and fix the issues, but [redacted] is continuing to be negligent with our product. We finally asked [redacted] to give us the original footage so that we could take it to a more competent video Lab for the editing. But Mack refuses to give us our wedding footage and to pay us back for the job he did not complete.I hope that you could help stop and expose businesses and individuals like Mack Lab Media Group and [redacted] who scam and take advantage of their customers.Thank you![redacted].Desired Settlement: We want our wedding's original footage so that we can have a more competent videographer finish the job, and we want [redacted] to pay for the cost of editing.
