Review: We had tree service done on 9/15/14 totaling $600. Payment was made that day to them by check. The check was cashed.
After review by myself and spouse we determined that the tree was not trimmed as we had liked and requested them to come back to do a bit more work. After many calls and texts the last response we received was "Yes, I will get back out to complete". That was over a month ago with neither a response or the service performed.
This is no way to conduct a business. $600 is a lot of money for tree trimming and we were only asking for a bit more to be done to each side of the tree, max a hour additional work.
This company was referred to us by a family friend who stated in the past they had received quick and positive service.Desired Settlement: We are only asking that they come out, as they promised.
