Ordered photos on 05/06/14 and after repeated requests for service I never received the order. There was some ordering issues with a new system, and then mailing error on my part. I think prompt communication from Maddox Photography would make a big difference with their customer service.

Photographer was supposed to deliver photos within 4 weeks of session. It is now 10 weeks later and all forms of contact are being ignored.Photo session took place April 4th, 2015. A sneak peek was supposed to be delivered the next day and it was not. All photos from the session were supposed to be delivered within 4 weeks of the session. Now 10 weeks later I still have not received any pictures and all forms of contact are being ignored by photographer [redacted].Desired SettlementI would like my pictures to be completed and delivered.

Pictures taken by [redacted] of Maddox Photography have not yet been delivered.Joint family photos were taken on November 8th 2014 and have not been delivered as of today, 12/10/14. My last received communication from [redacted] was that our pictures were next in line for delivery and would be received within a day (December 3). Sister in Law contacted on Friday 12/5 and was told that we would have them by Saturday 12/6 at the latest. Pictures were not received. I left voicemail Sunday, 12/6 and it was not returned. A follow up text and [redacted] message were sent that night and also not returned. Sister in Law called on Monday 12/8, [redacted] did not respond. Online research indicates three other complaints regarding late pictures via Revdex.com that were resolved, a blog post about services not received or refunded for online design work and another customer complaint on the Maddox Photography [redacted] page indicating that pictures were late with prior delivery date agreements not honored by [redacted]. I have communicated my concern that we will not receive our pictures, however have not received a response from [redacted] despite numerous contact attempts by me and my sister in law. Desired SettlementWe would like our pictures in time to order Christmas cards and gifts (asap and by December 19). If this is not possible we would like communication stating why and a date that we will receive our pictures. If picture quality is not acceptable to send we would like a refund of the $200 paid in full via Visa upon order over the phone in early October.Business Response The photos have in fact been delivered. CD/DVD was paid for on July 3rd with additional money sent for product to be sent on July 11th. Still have not received it after multiple attempts. CD/DVD was paid for via [redacted] on July 3rd to Maddox Photography with transaction number *XXXXXX**XXXXXX* with the amount of $90.74. I asked the seller on July 11th to please mail my purchase to me, I paid an additional $6.01 for shipping cost via [redacted] with transaction id number **XXXXXX**XXXXXX*. The seller promised it would be in the mail. It never showed. I have contacted the seller 11 times and the cd still hasn't shown up.Desired SettlementI would like to either receive my family pictures or a full refund. Maddox Photography has ignored all of my attempts to contact her and has not delivered my products that I paid for per the contract.My wedding was May 23rd, 2015. I have not recieved any contact from her since 9/11/2015, although not for lack of trying to reach her.I choose the "engage" wedding photography package from [redacted] of Maddox Photography. This package included printed 4x6 proofs of all edited images, USB flash drive with high resolution and web resolution versions of all edited images, proofs and USB beautifully packaged and express delivered to my doorstep, and $300 store credit. She only gives excuses and doesn't deliver the promised products from our contract. She is also in the process of changing her business name to [redacted] Photography.Desired SettlementI need to receive what was promised to me in our contract.
