My partner and I viewed a rental unit today with I think her name was Lisa, could have been Alissa. She did not tell us she needed us to limit our viewing to 20 minutes, but her yelling later revealed she believed she had.

My partner had a little flashlight to check under sinks and around other water-related places for residues or evidence of mold, as we have been on the move lately due to mold in our old place we had to leave. Her health has been severely affected by mold, and we need to look when we check out a place. The agent flipped out and began yelling at us that we were being sneaky when she saw the flashlight.

We didn't realize we needed to mention the flashlight first, and she repeatedly yelled at us for it, obviously feeling threatened or something. A professional would have handled things very differently. We explained that we didn't know it wouldn't be okay, and she repeatedly yelled at us that most people would ask before taking a photo. We explained what it was, and I apologized to her numerous times, yet she kept on this offensive. I even apologized for not knowing this, and not being like other people she's worked with. (I got to the point that I didn't know what else to apologize for to calm her unhinged freak out.)

Her next showing came, and she was very angry that we were not gone yet, though she had not told us to limit our viewing as she kept telling us she had.

The 4th time I apologized to her she accepted it--the other 3 times she was too busy yelling the same things again and again. But then after accepting it, she returned to the same yelled accusations. It was like being in a Twilight Zone episode. I got in the car and my partner tried talking with her to explain another couple of minutes, but obviously there was no getting through to her beyond her sense of being betrayed or whatever because we check places for mold residues due to my partner's health concerns and didn't mention it like other people ask before taking a picture.

Not at all professional.
The place was great, but there's no way we'd work with this person even if she had not freaked out. There's no way this company would ever get a dime from me.

I had great difficulty with this business. I would not recommend and encourage you to look elsewhere. The owner’s practices are questionably ethical, unprofessional and not at all considerate of the customer.

I leased a property short term from this country and was charged for a dirty carpet that was dirty when I moved in. The owner asked me to clean the apartment on leaving and I did but she still charged me a cleaning fee. There were also ants the entire time I stayed which were never adequately dealt with.
