I can't rave enough about Magic Moving!! From start to finish nothing but professional friendly peopleVery easy to deal with, the movers were helpful and worked quickly! They assisted me in putting some of my personal, delicate things in the carThey packed the tv's and put plastic wrap around my recliner and sofasThey did an excellent job of blanket wrapping EVERYTHING and protecting our homePrice was more than fair and even tipped the moversAmazing service, will definitely use again! I found Magic Moving online pricing around for a move I was planningThey were great all the way aroundPrice salespeople movers were all professional and helpfulI dreaded this move but Magic came in and simplified everythingMovers were friendly and very good at what they do They protected my home wrapped all of my furniture and helped me pack my tv's pictures and bedding I was stunned at how fast they got it all doneThey were very careful friendly and set up my beds mirrors and exercise equipmentVery reasonableI will use again! Highly recommend!

Words are not enough! This company is absolutely the best! We have moved all over the world and we've never experienced such conscientious, hard-working, careful and enthusiastic movers as we did with Magic Moving! They came in got right to work placing floor protection, blankets on doors, wrapping furniture, packing tv's and very quickly emptied our home. 4 bedrooms, garage and patio and we were on our way to the new house by the afternoon! Everyone was polite and took time to reassemble hutches, tv's, beds, and tables. Movers carried things to and from our cars, and always making sure to put things where we wanted. My piano (my baby) was wrapped and treated like porcelain! The office staff was very helpful in planning and answering all our questions. I can't say enough good things about Magic Moving---just AWESOME! If you're planning a move these should be the ONLY people you call, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Moving in no way is fun but magic moving actually made it ENJOYABLE ! One of my Friends used magic moving and we've used them twice. Once moving from Ohio to Sacramento and the most recent Sacramento. They always used such good care and lots of packing paper and blankets to protect all of my stuff like it was there own. I have paintings that are very important to me and the movers took care of them so well, you can really tell they care. They were so fast & efficient ! The movers are friendly and even laughing along they way, taking the stress out of my day. You can tell they really enjoy there job. The office staff was happy to answer all my questions are were very Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful. Both of my moves as well as my friends move went excellent with no problems, well worth the price. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! This company is on the ball. We had a horrific and hectic week but, these movers made a stressful experience enjoyable. They arrived early, in clean uniform, well-groomed, and started immediately; no horsing around. What was even more impressive was their handling and protecting of our possessions and our home. They used floor protectors on our hard wood floors, thick blankets on all of our furniture, doors, and stairs. They won me over with how they moved our 7' armoire down difficult stairs while taking extra precautions not to damage, scratch, or hinder our home or the armoire. AMAZING! Professional, careful, friendly, and experienced that are worth every penny! The office reps were also great. They were very helpful, considerate, and thorough! I highly recommend using Magic Moving. Thanks again guys!

We have completed our review of your claim for damage to your refrigerator. We apologize for any delay but as we indicated in our previous phone calls each claim must be submitted in writing and properly reviewed before rendering a decision.
Your claim was reviewed by our underwriters and after investigating the facts they have denied your claim based on the following reasons.
1) Inquiry and statements made by each crew member.
2) Waiver of inventory.
3) Position of facts.
In a nutshell, you waived your right to the creation of an inventory which clearly defines location and type of condition prior to any item being handled or moved by our crew. It takes roughly 2 hours to inventory a shipment and since you refused the inventory you saved approximately $358.00. In addition, each crew member was interviewed separately and each individual is adamant that the damage you have indicated was already preexisting. Furthermore, our crew leader took the extra step to point out the 'dents' to you specifically and noted this fact on our disclaimer. Our crew took extra steps in wrapping your refrigerator and isolating it from the load while it remained strapped to the dolly during transport. The 'dents' you are referring to are a result of force caused by a rather pointed object. It is impossible for such damage to occur during the move unless the refrigerator was "jabbed or punctured" with such an object.
Unfortunately, our underwriters do not honor claims based on hearsay, the honor policy or statements made after the fact. The process is very specific and in this case, based on all the information provided, the underwriters are denying liability. If they were to process the claim you would only be compensated based on the level of protection you selected at 60 cents per pound per article. Under our tariff and based on the "table of weights and measurements", this would result in approximately $130.00
We understand this is not result you were hoping for, but hopefully understand our position. We are denying any culpability, but as a measure of good faith we are willing to compensate you $75.00 to use as you see fit. This is an action taken on behalf of our company and in the interest of good customer relations. We hope you feel we've acted fair and reasonable.

There is quite a bit of misinformation Magic is trying to portray in their response. There were five witness to the actions of the Magic Mover employees. The job supervisor [redacted] admitted on scene that they were responsible for the dents. The dents were caused by straps they use to move large appliances. The replacement door cost $300.00 and Magic sent me $75 which I will not cash until they admit their wrong and compensate for their actions.
Also, I was NEVER contacted by Magic's Insurance company.
