I have been using Magnets USA for real estate promotional materials for several years. Most products I received were good quality. The problem is shipping. I just received another agent's magnetic football schedules rather than mine! This is the 2nd year this has happened! The resolution department was very accommodating the first time it happened. However, today was totally unprofessional. They call and leave me a message as to how I CAN HELP THEM with respect to the magnets incorrectly shipped to me. NO mention at all about MY football schedules. When I call and inquire as to my order, all the rep continuously repeats is that I will get my magnets within the 10-day frame. Says they were shipped to the other customer. Very rude. I don't know that it is within the 10-day time frame and don't care. The rep earlier in the week said mine were printed early so it was an early shipment to begin with. OK! And, I was told by the rep last week they were going to arrive early. Therefore, I scheduled to attend an event and use those football schedules to promote my business! Now, being told it will be Friday and, again, the repetitious 10-day time frame statement. If all does not work out as planned with my clients, I do whatever I need to do to accommodate the client! Customer resolution department needs a new rep!
