It is stated on our company website, magnifiquepalette.com that all items are shipped up to 16 business days after the order is placed since all items are preorder items. We also had a slight delay...
in shipments due to the holidays and lots/large orders. However, the buyers order has been shipped and tracking information has been sent to them.
Review: I placed an order for a jogging suit the beginning of January. I ordered from a site where there's been alot of talk about on [redacted]. I paid via [redacted]. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach out to them to get an update on my order but no one has responded. I read some other comments indicating they're a scam. I am extremely upset and angry and would like to file a complaint. Their [redacted] account is [redacted].their website is www.magnifiquepalette.comhere is what I wrote to them.I have made several attempts to try and reach someone in regards to my order.I paid for it in full in January and I have yet to receive my package. That was a birthday gift.The last email I received came from [redacted] and she stated this is a pre order item to allow up to 16 business days.The timeframe has elapsed and I have yet to receive my items. I am extremely disappointed and I want to know what is going on w/the delivery or I am demanding a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of what I paid which was $57.00 or I want the set.
