From: Inna V***< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Fri, Feb 2, at 12:PMSubject: Re: Magnolia Streamside Resort - Complaint ID # [redacted] To: " [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org" < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>Cc: [redacted] < [redacted] @***.com> [redacted] -Hope this email finds you well!My name is Inna V [redacted] and I am a partner at Magnolia Streamside ResortI am writing in response to the complaint (ID# [redacted] ) filed with the Revdex.com against our business by [redacted] ***Please see our response belowLet me know if you need any other information or clarification on the matterI thank you for your time and assistanceMy sister and I purchased [redacted] Streamside Cottages property in March under the ownership of [redacted] ***Since then we have been operating it as a wellness resort which was named Magnolia Streamside ResortOur current business does not have any relationship to the previous owners and is very different in its nature of operationWe purchased the property with a number of future reservations which we agreed to honor even though our rental prices changed following a substantial improvements we made to the cottages and groundsMolly M***, the previous owner, handed over reservation details along with deposits she collected at the time of the saleUnfortunately, [redacted] ***'s reservation was not on that list and we were not aware of the arrangements made between Molly M [redacted] and [redacted] ***When [redacted] called us to confirm his cabin, I informed him of the ownership change and the fact that his reservation was not listed by the previous ownersI felt truly bad for his unfortunate situation and vouched to help him as much as I couldI called Molly M***'s cell phone and left her messages asking to clarify the mixup, however, I never got a call backUnfortunately, I was not able to satisfy [redacted] ***'s request to share MrsM***'s contact information because the only number I had was her cell phone and I was not allowed to share her her private number at the advice of my attorneyHowever, I advised [redacted] to write to Mrs M [redacted] to the address he mailed his deposit check and ask for the refund of the check she presumably cashed.I also did my absolute best to help [redacted] find accommodations while he was trying to resolve this issue with [redacted] Streamside owners [redacted] ***'s budget was restricted to $for three nights stay and that is the only amount he said he was capable of payingI went ahead and rented him one of our fully renovated cabins at a courtesy rate of $for three nightsA going rate for that rental was $a night plus tax, a total of $for a three night stayWe didn't mind the loss on the income since our priority was to help [redacted] keep his long awaited hunting trip with his friendsConsidering the above, Magnolia Streamside Resort cannot be held responsible for the deposit [redacted] made to [redacted] Streamside CottagesWe believe we did our absolute best to assist [redacted] in this unfortunate matterBest Regards,Inna V***OwnerMagnolia Streamside Resort [redacted] ***Canadensis, PA ***Office: (*** [redacted] www.MagnoliaStreamside.com

V[redacted] and I am a partner at Magnolia Streamside Resort. I am writing in response to the complaint (ID#[redacted]) filed with the Revdex.com against our business by [redacted]. I thank you for your time and assistance. My sister and I purchased [redacted] Streamside Cottages property in March 2017 under the ownership of [redacted]. Since then we have been operating it as a wellness resort which was named Magnolia Streamside Resort. Our current business does not have any relationship to the previous owners and is very different in its nature of operation. Unfortunately, [redacted]'s reservation was not on that list and we were not aware of the arrangements made between Molly M[redacted] and [redacted]. When [redacted] called us to confirm his cabin, I informed him of the ownership change and the fact that his reservation was not listed by the previous owners. I felt truly bad for his unfortunate situation and vouched to help him as much as I could. I called Molly M[redacted]'s cell phone and left her messages asking to clarify the mixup, however, I never got a call back. Unfortunately, I was not able to satisfy [redacted]'s request to share Mrs. M[redacted]'s contact information because the only number I had was her cell phone and I was not allowed to share her her private number at the advice of my attorney. [redacted]'s budget was restricted to $570 for three nights stay and that is the only amount he said he was capable of paying. I went ahead and rented him one of our fully renovated cabins at a courtesy rate of $570 for three nights. A going rate for that rental was $295 a night plus tax, a total of $965 for a three night stay. We didn't mind the loss on the income since our priority was to help [redacted] keep his long awaited hunting trip with his friends. Considering the above, Magnolia Streamside Resort cannot be held responsible for the deposit [redacted] made to [redacted] Streamside Cottages.
