I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In addition, I would highly recommend the company reconsider and make changes to its return/refund policy. If they would've issued the refund immediately without having to submit a complaint with Revdex.com, I would consider purchasing other products and doing future business with the company. As it stands now, they have lost any future business and if anyone asks I would not recommend them to my friends and associates.With all due respect,

specifically states that the version isn't compatible with xp." This is not trueI always check these thingsBut the Web site from which I ordered had nothing about compatibilityNo words such as "operating system" or "WinXP" were thereFurthermore, when I selected "PCs, yr", their site instantly switched that to "PCs, yr." Luckily, I noticed that switch and set it back to "PCs, yr." But when I received a msg from Purch Marketplace Software (PMS) confirming the order, it said "PC, yr." They use the word "PC" and "license" synonymously, causing some confusion.And they are wrong about BitDefender Antivirus NOT being compatible with WinXPBitDefender Tech Support said it IS compatible, BUT you have to first register with them, then download FROM THEIR SITE, but choose the "Get compatible" link to get the WinXP versionSo PMS was wrong about that too.You can check this out for yourself here:http://purchmarketplace.com/software/bitdefender-antivirus-plus-2016-downlo...⇄

I am rejecting this response because: it was a fraud way for the business to drive more customer for the siteBecause of the fraud practice, I am having to buy from another site for much higher priceI do not need a check for the $price difference that I have to pay additional now because of this company's unfair trade practice , if the vendor can fulfill their commitment to sell the item for $as they committed (from their store or another store) or can show me a site where I can buy the unit at the same priceRefunding the money does not help me as customer as I have no way to buy that item anymore from the other site I had seen the same unit for that price.

Customer placed an order through paypal, but something in his billing information flagged the order as fraudulent. The order was cancelled and we refunded the customer for the entire amount he paid us. Unfortunately the product the customer wanted to purchase on our site is now out of stock. We...

do not have the option to write the customer a check and pay him because some other site charges more. We have already refunded the customer for his entire purchase.
