Maid On A Budget

I contacted the owner of this business ( [redacted]) last week and decided for Friday (March 28, 2014 at 1100) for complete house cleaning. Since I was not at home my realtor let her in and stayed with [redacted] until she was done. My realtor said [redacted] left in a hurry so my realtor did not have a chance to check behind her. I got home at about 4:45 pm and saw parts of the tiled floor still wet, none of the toilets were cleaned, the house is still dusty, none of the fixtures, doors, counter tops, surfaces were wiped/cleaned, the kitchen appliances were untouched. The house was exactly as it was except for a wet tiled floor. Poor service. I did not pay $150 just for her to mop the tiled floor. I want a refund.
