We submitted the fingerprints to the DOJ for this customer, there is nothing more that we can go for him.  All his questions and concerns can only be answered by them. I have also left this customer a message to discuss his issue further and try to resolve it.Thanks

Review: I went to get fingerprints done at this location. When I found out they did not go through (never received not just that I didn't get cleared) I went in to see what happened. They told me it had been too long since I had gotten them done and there was no way I could prove I didn't get what I paid for. They said I would have to pay again to get fingerprints done. Why would I pay for it a second time when I never got what I paid for the first time.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like the fingerprinting service I paid for but since they made it clear they would not provide this service or the are incompetent in doing so I would just like my money back.
