12/**/17. [redacted] called my office and canceled the appointment as he was having dental work done. My office told him that we would notate for our technicians to make sure they do not go on his property. On April *, 2017 [redacted] called my office and complained that one of our lawn technicians again drove on his driveway. This was done during spring clean up with additional men on crew and the man who did it was not aware of the previous situation. My assistant apologized and she explained that the person that he spoke to in the office in early December has since left my company and she never notated in our system to alert our technicians in the Spring. He was assured that we would make sure it did not happen again and that it would be addressed with the owner (me) as soon as I was back in the office from the field. [redacted] screamed and yelled in such a mean fashion that it made my assistant cry so she hung up the phone. There was no need to be disrespectful to the people in my office because someone got a little dirt on their driveway! She has worked here for three years and has never had any such reaction or any complaint at all from any of my customers. I have over 300 customers. [redacted] told my office not to step foot on his property. He then called the police and had the police go to his house to see the driveway and then call me to tell me not to ever go onto [redacted]’s property. He then contacted Revdex.com to file a complaint. This is utterly ridiculous and what a waste of a policeman’s time! The policeman apologized to me for having to make the call. I will honor [redacted]’s wishes and I will not step foot on the driveway or his property. I have attached a photo of the tire tracks. A slight rain will wash them away. It is clear that [redacted] has anger issues that he does not manage well, it’s a tire track on a driveway! We didn’t cut a tree down or kill a cat, we drove on a driveway. e...

I spoke to officer [redacted] at the [redacted] police dept today and also on Monday 4/**/17 to understand my rights. After considering Mr. H[redacted]'s continued sarcastic remarks I have decided to pursue the justice system to settle this dispute. At this point I have nothing more to say and I'm not interested in any more replies from Mr. H[redacted].

Mr. H[redacted] is taking no responsibility for his company's action or his workers performance. Certainly not all the workers were new and it was his responsibility to tell his staff to respect other people's property. Mr. H[redacted] nonchalantly disregards the defacing of my property; has not offered to clean it, and is waiting for an act of God to clear the defacement. The last time he left tire marks on my driveway it took several months of rain and stormy weather to remove these marks. On April [redacted], I visited the [redacted] police department to review the situation. I was advised that if I saw Majestic Lawn on my property again to call up the police department and an officer would be sent immediately and a summons could be issued. Mr. H[redacted] has the nerve to blame me; he is the one trespassing on my property and breaking the law. All I am asking is for him to power wash my driveway; to put my driveway in the clean condition it was prior to 4/*, and to keep off my property in the future. In the past he assured me his company would not use my property to access my neighbors lawn. Yet with the first spring cut and cleanup of the 2017 my driveway was left with tire marks, foot prints and marks from additional equipment. There is no excuse in my mind for this problem to reoccur. Why should I have to wait for it to rain to have my driveway cleaned and cleared of his company's markings.

[redacted] fails to address his treatment of my office staff. He is a bully and is wasting my time, your time, and has no problem wasting our towns police force for such an insignificant matter. I have attached pictures that I took on Tuesday, April **, 2017 of [redacted]’s landscapers truck as well as tire tracks left by his landscaper’s lawn mowers on his driveway. I drove by this morning and the tracks are still there from his landscaper. However, in the spirit of cooperation and in order to rectify this situation I have ordered rain to fall on Saturday, April **, 2017.
