Failure to flash two skylights and a chimney resulted in damage costing more than the metal roof itself weeks of restoration and we're still in work Majestic metals did not any any barrier strips, flashing and other required materials in the installation They refused to respond to complaints and it cost $to have the installation brought to code Restoration from extensive water damage is at $at the present Under no circumstances use this companies installers It was no problem to get written verification of the faulty installation from a licensed contractor (the one recommended by majestic metals was not licensed) and have the insurance company file a lawsuit on our behalf

We have expressed to the costumer she can return any order for a full refundAt this point she has not returned any orders there for we can not refund anything until the orders are returnedWe have spoke to her several times and offered a discount of $if she wished to keep the orders she madeShe declined the offer so we instructed her to return the ordersIf she returns them she will get a full refund

All orders customer made have been refunded to her cc account that she used to make the orderThey were refunded the same day that they were returned , and she has been added to our do not call listThere is nothing more I can do as all of her requests have been previously addressed

The order for $was refunded yesterday promptly after she called in to cancel the orderShe then called today at 6am and left a threading message that she's going to the Revdex.comI don't belive that the Revdex.com should be used to bully people and if she called at a working hour she would have been able to verify the refund that has already been prossesedIt was explained to her yesterday that it could take up to hours for the banks to transfer the refund and that we realsed the refund yesterdayBeing that the sale and the refund were done in less then a hours time frame I am not sure what more I can do to resolve this as it has been resolved prior to her making this complaintI even made the suggestion to her to call her bank to avoid overdraft fees by telling them the order was canceled
