Major Appliance Repair

Review: The owner [redacted] serviced my dryer and replaced damaged parts along with a one year warranty on 9/**/13. I was charged $425. The dryer still does not work properly and stops mid-cycle. Seven phone calls have been unreturned and the superintendent of my building says four separate phone calls were unreturned by him. I feel he is ignoring the problem and he is certainly not abiding by the terms of his warranty.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund or appropriate service as per the warranty. I have already paid $425.
