Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The coupon I presented was not eight years old as claimedIt was issued to me in April of this year as it has in years past by a company called The Birthday RegisterThey Issue the coupon every year during a person's birthday month, so for Wonder World to even claim that I committed fraud by copying the coupon many times over is a complete falsehood.

As per our telephone response about this complaint. This coupon that has been presented was an offer that was put out for the public over 8 years back. Yes - Front counter employees recognized the old coupon offer and yes it did not have an expiration date so they were trying to honor...
the offer. The face value printed on front of coupon was $ 18.95 value. Prices have changed in the eight to ten years this coupon was current. The Park admission is currently at $ 24.95 for 2016- and the box office attendant was will to take the coupon offer at the printed value of $ 18.95 and just adjust for the difference of the current admission prices. The customer obviously had down loaded many copies and has enjoyed many trips to the Park for free. This time he was asked to make up the monetary discrepancy of $ 6.00. Our young employee did nothing wrong and certainly was correct. We are sorry that this customer had objections to paying the $ 6.00 discrepancy.
