I am rejecting this response because: The business, Malibus, is denying drilling holes in my rear driver side door jamb. They are refusing to fix the holes, they are refusing to fix the overspray, they have had numerous chances to...
make the whole situation right and have not done so. I am currently getting estimates from other repair facilities in order to have my vehicle repaired properly and have all of the sub-par repairs from Malibu's made right. I am unwilling to take my vehicle back to Malibus due to the fact that they have completely destroyed my trust in their facility by cutting as many corners as they possibly could on my vehicle and doing extremely poor work on the parts they actually did repair. As I have stated to the collision facility, I have been in the Automotive Collision Industry for over 10 years. This is why every single sub-par repair that they have done on my vehicle stands out horribly to me, as well as all of the facilities that I have taken it to get estimates to fix Malibu's sub-par repairs.
