The Front Porch. The Painter Called Me And Said The Paint Was Orange. I Called To Ask. If That Was The Right Color And She Said YES. I Told The Painter To Paint The Bump-Out. Customer Called And Said Not The Front Of The Bump-Out, The Top of It. I Said You Want The Metal Roof Painted And She Said Yes, And That Was The First Time She Said. The ROOF. A Statement Was Sent For $350.00 And Customer Called And Said To Office Manager That It Was Supposed To Be $300.00.OFFICE MANAGER: Even Though The Mistake Was Corrected, Customer Did Not Want To Pay Or Reduce The Bill Which I Needed To Speak. To The Owner. I Did Not Insult, Harass Or Disrespect Customer. We Did Argue About Her Not Saying It Was The Roof. Not The Bump-Out.M[redacted] Construction/Remodeling, Inc. Donald ** M[redacted], Sr.

I am rejecting this response because:I specifically told the lady who answered when I called, Sandy I believe her name is, that I wanted the metal strip over the bump out that was faded painted. When I spoke to Mr. M[redacted] about painting the top of the bump out, he quoted me $300 not $350. When Mr. M[redacted] called about the paint, I had no idea they had received the wrong information from Sandy or the office manager. When I called to discuss the price after I received the invoice, the office manager chose to be unprofessional and called me delusional. Instead of offering a solution that we could both agree on, she proceeded to insult me and argue with me. She was very rude and disrespectful. She asked me if I wanted her to play back the phone call, I said yes let's play it back, but that did not happen. I would recommend them sending the calls, both me requesting and getting a quote and the call where I was disrespected and harassed me. After arguing with the office manager for so long, I told her thank you and hung up the phone. I, hen received a call back from Sandy, the office Manager, I think that is her name, and she starts to again argue with me so I hang up the phone again to not have any more confrontation. This experience has been horrible and the office manager is unprofessional. As a resolution, I do believe they deserve a payment but not $300 or $350. I don't think they deserve over $150 after how I was treated as a customer.
