Review: Several months ago I contacted Mancuso construction and asked if they would execute a small repair on previous work done and I was assured it would be done promptly. I phoned Mancuso construction just about weekly ever since and sometimes the call was returned other times I got no reply. Each time I did speak w someone there I was assured that the repair would be completed promptly. The people there were very nice on the phone but there has been nothing done as far as this repair. The rep which I showed the damage to, and who subsequently promised me a swift repair was named [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the necessay repair completed (soffit, siding, and facia wrap)
